end stop on ebb 36

I have a manta m8p with a ebb36 tool head finishing the setting up of the printer, the xtop connected to the ebb36 is always showing as triggered. if i connect it the board (using different wires) it works cant seem to fiigure out what is going on

Problems during installation

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem reinstalling my V.Core 3.1 400. I flashed a new card with the latest ratos version, then the start screen came up but then it stopped! Klipper doesn't connect, I can't flash my Octopus pro 446 board via dfu using the ratos Configurator and even when I want to flash the toolboard ebb 42 1.1 it is recognized but Klipper is disconnected and I get an error message again, it's been like this for days now. SAVE_CONFIG

I'm running through the Commissioning Guide for my 3.1 400 - SKRat and EBB42. Just ran the PID_TUNE and went to save the results but I get the following error: Unable to parse existing config on SAVE_CONFIG I've looked through the printer.cfg, but nothing seems out of the ordinary to me....

V-Core3.1 with SKRAT & EBB42 wiring

What User Overrides do I need to use this board on the V-Core? Also, I noticed on the online SKRAT wiring (https://os.ratrig.com/docs/boards/btt/skrat-10) it had the blue wire on the right; is this correct? My purchase wiring came opposite with the blue on the left. (I started to re-end x and y, but then decided to ask first) Thank you for your help!

Installing ratOS on voron 0 with BTT mini v2.

I want to try ratOS on my voron 0 but don't have any of the supported boards. I have the BTT skr mini V2. What supported one should i pick to then reconfigure? The BTT skr mini v3? I'm assuming that they're the most similar.

#Z tilt eliminate

Is there an easy way to eliminate the z tilt (and possibly the button) and just have the stepper motors control the z axis. I thought it would be easier to use RatOS especially since I have a v-core 3 as well. I'm using it for an ender 5 plus with Mercury one mod. I plan on adding z tilt later on but right now I just have two z axis motors like the stock ender 5 plus.

Boards disconnects with probe

Hi again guys, finally i'm at my last problem after rebuilding my v minion! The cheap inductive probe that came at the beginning with the kit now gives me this problem: as soon as i attach it, the mcu loses communication with the pi. As i detach it, printer immediately works again. What could be? Fortunately today or tomorrow i'll take delivery of the super pinda the good one...

Grinding noise X axis

Hi guys, today in my V minion, after a full rebuild, the X axis makes a grinding noise while moving, and doesn't home correctly. What could it be? I also swapped board from octopus to octopus pro, but i also updated the cfg and in fact the Y axis works correctly. Mechanically it's okay, maybe a little gone the carriage, but not that much to make that noise, by hand it doesnt do that.

Flashing RATOS to Raspberry pad 5 with CM4

Anyone did this already? I've tried following the manual but just getting a blank screen, tried inserting an sd with the RATOS image with no joy and just getting lost trying to flash the emmc, I have a 2gb ram 8bg cm4 with no wireless, out of my depth flashing emmc via rpiboot

Cannot configure new board

I installed a new Octopus 446 control board and cannot get past the configuration. Wifi is good and I can bring up RatOs, but every time I click on "http://RatOS.local/configure?step=1" I get a 500 internal servor error.:" I flashed the board by SD card successfully, but still get stuck at the above link. Update: Pulled the Pi's SD card and started from scratch. Got the Pi configured fine and in the RatOs confiurator, but again, am stuck at flashing the firmware for the control board. I've tried...

Adaptive Mesh not working

I added the adaptive mesh variable in the ratos macro section and made sure my slicer start gcode is correct but it acts like i never changed anything. No errors in klipper console like ive seen a couple other people have. attached are my printer.cfg and klippy log

After rotating the screen, login required on screen

Hi all, running into an issue with my 5" LCD screen. Due to the fact, that the connectors are mounted on top, I decided to rotate my screen by using:

cd LCD-show/
sudo ./rotate.sh 180

cd LCD-show/
sudo ./rotate.sh 180

...

Solution:

That bash script prolly did more than advertised and broke things instead of fixing them.

Beacon Probe revH Input shaper

I am in the process of setting up my beacon probe and I was wondering if somebody could direct me as to which ADXL commands I should comment in on the printer.cfg. I used the normal one that is supposed to be connected to the control board and was given and error but I got the same error with the other line in the 'toolboard' section. Is there something else I am forgetting? If I try to generate a shaper graph the commands throws an error because I don't have anything comment in for the accelero...
