Debris in heatbreak, wonky rapido thermistor?
I recently switched from a rapido 1/lgx lite/ratos 2.0 configuration to a rapido 2+ UHF/orbitor 2/ratos 2.1 configuration.
I am frequently (effectively every time) getting debris between the heat break and the extruder after a filament unload. Mikl made a change to the 2.1 code base to potentially remedy this but at the moment I'm still hosed.
There is an accumulation above the heat break that is preventing me from loading filament. I've tried cleaning it out with metal rods and with filament without success in either case.
Any suggestions as to how I might clean this out?
During the investigation, I set the temperature of the hotend to 270 per the instructions for the bondtech CHT, though when I measured the temperature on the outside of the heat block just below where the wires are, it measured 237. I'm not sure how much heat is lost across that distance but it seems like it ought to be higher than that. Is this an indication of a wonky thermistor, or is this just heat loss across that short distance?

support tuning for Bender
Before I print Bender's giant head and make a mess and waste a ton of filament, Is it possible to tune the supported side of a print to have a nicer finish like you would expect on the top? My prints tend to come out like the attached image, but with Bender's head (see https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/800467971977379900/1186333462161019040) it's impossible to orient the model in a way that doesn't involve supports.

prevent pi4 hdmi shutdown while printing
Well, really I'd like to prevent it from going into power save mode/screen blanking in general, but mostly during prints.
I tried following the directions in http://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/47229/ddg#100347 though now it's an all black screen instead of powered off, so there must be something else that I'm missing.

Cleaning nozzle after filament run-out
I'm looking for suggestions on how to clean out the nozzle of a Rapido UHF (0.6 mm nozzle installed) where I ran out of filament (PETG) and there's some cold filament stuck in the heat break (apparently) between the LGX lite and the Rapido. I haven't had any luck pushing it down or melting it out or cleaning it with needles. I'm hoping to avoid taking it apart, but that's going to be my next step barring any better ideas.

stuck lower belt?
While attempting to use Ellis' max speed tuning macro here:
https://ellis3dp.com/Print-Tuning-Guide/articles/determining_max_speeds_accels.html
at an acceleration of 27500 the lower belt jammed and I had to do an emergency stop. I was only able to resolve the jam by powering off the printer and moving the belt, gantry and print head by hand until it came loose again. I'm really uncertain what caused this situation and am hoping someone can explain what I did wrong before I resume tuning.
The belt was extremely tight but not completely unmovable. I looked at all the idler pulleys that I could see around the printer and didn't notice the belt being off any of them. The only thing I can figure is that maybe somehow something happened to the servo that resulted in it not turning freely for a while. Any thoughts on what I did and how to make sure I don't do it again? (other than running at ender 3 speeds 🙂 )

Part cooling fan help needed
My kit came with the protechnic 4028 fan and I have been unable to get the fan to not run at full blast. I can't find any documentation on how to install this fan. Based on what I have found, I have the 12V power coming from the FAN7 connector on the Octopus v1.1, and the PWM signal connected to what I believe is the pin tied to PA6 in the connector for FAN0. The tach is not connected. I've looked through https://os.ratrig.com/docs/guides/4028/ and have tried the various combinations in there. I also tried uncommenting the 4-pin 25kHz fan config that's in printer.cfg, which didn't work because the board doesn't have any aliases for "4p_fan_blahblahblah" in it.
I've tried using the pin definition both with and without the !, I've tried using the enable_pin setting, etc. Nothing has allowed the fan to be turned off (other than unplugging it of course).
Can anyone supply a link to documentation on how to set up this specific fan with an octopus board? Preferably including tach support, with wiring info.
