Not understanding VAOC calibration

I found this video on the discord https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ooNQt7qPSs that goes through vaoc, but I feel it doesn't help my situation. I calibrate t0, change camera settings, make circles align with nozzle, then move onto t1 and do the same. I go back to t0, and it is "misaligned". I fix it then go back to t1, and it is misaligned. From what I understand from that video, switching should save the calibrated toolhead, but I don't know what I am doing wrong. The pics I added are t0 > t1 > t0 round 2 > t1 round 2 > t0 round 3.

this sounds like unequal belt tension and/or a unaligned gantry. thsi can cause such a behaviour also, we are working internally on a documentation / tutorial for that

also, jsut for the records. i know its a lot to take when you start with all of this stuff. its a new situation but if you take a closer look it couldnt be easier 1. start vaoc 2. Center T0 3. center t1 4. exit vaoc

is there no need to "make sure" the other tool is aligned?

if you print with multicolor yes othersie the different colors wouldnt be aligned correctly if you just print single color or copy and mirror mode than no
