Printer will not connect to WIFI all of sudden, creates RatOS hotspot instead
For context, the printer has been working for about a year with no problems. I've had similar problems with one RPi 4B+, swapped for new one, it was fine for two weeks and now the same again.
Router was set to DualBand 2.4/5 GHz initially, I tried splitting to 2.4 and 5 GHz separate networks, no luck.
Resetting Router helped just now.
But I'd like to avoid this stuff in the future. Are there any troubleshooting tips?

what kind of router? How old is the router?
TP-Link EC 225-G5
1.5 years old. Thinking about the question I also had problem with work laptop disconnecting when in dual band mode. Splitting to 2.4 and 5 ghz networks fixed the laptop issue
But I'd expect the router to be fine. Last place where I would look.
I would try with a different router - since you said you were having trouble with a laptop too\
I have had the same issue with my pi. Unfortunately no solution I've just tried to avoid rebooting it so it stays connected to wifi. Someone said it is a known issue with Klipperscreen but I don't have a screen attached. Just adding my comment to hopefully bring more attention to the issue.
"do not turn the printer off" is my current solution as well unfortunately.
Can you ssh into the pi and disable the klipperscreen service?
Plan is to get secondary router working essentialy as extender and plug the printer into it via Ethernet
I don't have klipper screen
Doesn't mean the service isn't running
But I have ERCF mcu board which could maybe be the same problem as in secondary mcu
I'll check
