Printing issues on new 500 IDEX
I have mine pretty much setup. It prints pretty well. However when try print something with tolerance let print in place the parts don’t move. I did the flow rate and extrusion multiplier and looks ok. Here is gear tried. What could I be missing?
Crash after running belt tension test
it runs through all the frequencies then shuts down with "MCU 'mcu' shutdown: Timer too close" and "Unable to obtain 'spi_transfer_response' response" in console
generate input shaper graphs runs perfectly fine
watching through ssh the 4th core(?) spikes to 100 when this happens, temps and ram seems normal

not necessarily a solution to the original issue per say but i was able to run Shake&Tune's implementation of belt graphing without issues

Vcore 3.1 500, stops extruding mid print
For the past week I've been having this issue where my printer stops extruding mid print, at random heights. No clogs, just my pla being worn so the teeth don't grip. I think it's having resistance issues in the routing, and putting on a 3kg roll made it even worse. I have changed the routing, put on a 3kg, 1kg and 200g spools, took the lid off, took the door off, nothing changed, still stopping at random points.
Is there anything I'm missing here?
Could it be the extruder that is at fault? I took that apart and it looked and worked fine and clean. It's been driving me up the walls and I don't know where to look anymore.....
Endstop dual_carriage still triggered after retract
My V Core 4 400 IDEX was printing yesterday but today I get the error "Endstop dual_carriage still triggered after retract"
The machine is a pre-configured V Core 4 IDEX with BigTreeTech EBB42 V1.2 tool boards on T0 and T1.
Trouble shooting steps taken:
1. Endstop checked for continuity, pass...
Solution:
I swapped the wireharness from T1 to T0 and now X (T0) is triggered so its the wire harness! Now any ideas on where I can get a new wireharness???
Hotend change, what I need to change in klipper and slicer? (Clogging Problem)

I changed my Dragonfly hotend to a Dragon HF hotend on my V-Minion. I installed everything and so far it has printed really well. Then after 10 hours of printing it clogged up twice. After googling around, I need to change the extruder flow parameter. But I don't know which parameter to change in RatOS and SuperSlicer/PrusaSlicer.
I found the flow rate test from Phaetus on github. It says that the printing flow increased from 15 to 31.5mm³/s and the extrusion flow from 46mm³/s to 62mm³/s. ...
Solution:
From your description it sounds like heat creep, so you need to check the fan is spinning at the correct speed and make sure it is blowing across the hotend and not trying to pull air across the hotend. If all that checks out, get a different fan
VCore 4 500 - "Died mid-print, got an ADC out of range now. Thermistor tests 1.074 kOhm
Printer has been printing for weeks, it died midprint with the above errors. Jumper didn't fall off, the leads at the toolboard end test at 1.074 kOhms which I think is correct? Jumper is seated firmly as is the connector

Homing sequence kill homing switch
So, this after normal homing.. and the switch gone. Tomorrow RS components send a new one.
Negative temp readings from Octopus V1.1 F446
So, I just bought a VC4 500 Idex, everything was fine, when i plugged in the eletronics fan, after some time, i noticed my Octopus V1.1 F446 was reading negative, and the controller was always active even tho it says 0%.
It's connected to PD12 with 24V jumper....
