2 printers same problem
Machines:
1) VC3.1 400 with an Octopus/RPi4, Pinda, LGX/Mosquito Magnum, Enclosed with enclosure 1.0
2) VC3.1 500 with a MantaM8P 1.1/CB1, BLTouch, LGX Lite/Phaetus Rapido, Built with Enclosure 2.0 but has no panels
Both are running 24V power supplies, 2209 drivers, BTTSFS2.0, EBB42 toolboards via USB, BTT HDMI7 screens, and RatOS 2.1.

Move Out of Range Error
I'm getting the error in the screen shot while doing an IDEX print on my VCore 4 500. Tried it in Prusa and Orca with the same result. I've done the VAOC, _VAOC_Reset, and CALCULATE_DC_ENDSTOP multiple times. I occurs when the printer switches to the other head. If I do a IDEX print with a small item in the middle of the plate it works OK. Seems like the IDEX has some weird boundary issues going on. Any ideas on what the issue is?
Beacon not recognized after IDEX upgrade
Sop, After completing the IDEX upgrade, on my Vcore 4 400, RatOS essentially is acting as if it doesn't see the beacon probe. I know its installed, and was working correctly prior to the IDEX upgrade, as the machine was running with it as a Hybrid for awhile. I've tried updating, reinstalling RatOS, verifying connections (the beacon shows up under devices, and lights up when close to the bed), to no avail. Will attach debug zip to comment.

Solution:
OK, went through the configurator again. I found where the probe is selected. It defaults to the Superpinda, which is where that came from. Maybe a future revision to have the configurator default to the probe included in the kit, like the rest of the hardware?

SOLVED VAOC Suggests misalignment, But tension and skew seem fine. What else could be wrong?
Well I really need help with this VAOC thing... My offset keeps coming out to -1.3 Despite having decent x graphs on Belt tension and IS. Also my gantry def isn't racked. Both sides hit the front of the frame at the same time. What am I missing??? One nozzle is thicker than the other could that be it??
Printing issues on new 500 IDEX
I have mine pretty much setup. It prints pretty well. However when try print something with tolerance let print in place the parts don’t move. I did the flow rate and extrusion multiplier and looks ok. Here is gear tried. What could I be missing?
Crash after running belt tension test
it runs through all the frequencies then shuts down with "MCU 'mcu' shutdown: Timer too close" and "Unable to obtain 'spi_transfer_response' response" in console
generate input shaper graphs runs perfectly fine
watching through ssh the 4th core(?) spikes to 100 when this happens, temps and ram seems normal

Solution:
forgot about this for a while, i guess i could consider this solved
not necessarily a solution to the original issue per say but i was able to run Shake&Tune's implementation of belt graphing without issues
