Mesh issue, still can't figure it out
VCore 400,
I have this bed issue and I can't for the love of god figure it out....
Bed mesh problem after rebuild! Vcore 500
Hey Guys, i enclosed the last days my Vcore 500, swapping the printed parts and mounting the panels. Now the bed mesh is screwed and z- tilt adjust also doesn´t work. I guess it will be probably a frame problem, i watched the frame video attached to others posts, but this kind of problem wasnt discussed.
i hope you could help.
thank you....
Bedmesh not to bad, but first layer not good
This is my bed mesh. I would say < 0.3 mm is a very good bed. At the moment I am printing ABS and the bed is fired to 100 °C. How long do you wait until starting the print? because I worry about that the printer needs some time to stabilize the bed expansion process. - otherwise the bed will come up and the first layer gets to much pressure. That is exactly what I see. If I print maybe 6 parts on the platform after probing the mesh the first 1-2 parts have a perfect first layer. The do not need to be aligned in the middle of the bed. But after maybe 10 minutes the bed has expanded more an the layer of the following parts is to much pressed. I need to lift the nozzle manualle about 0.05 - 0.08 mm. That the layer is perfect again.
So I think my bed expansion process is not finished before the print starts. So my question is: how long do you wait until you start printsing?...
Mesh After Enclosure
Has a mesh of 0.13 deviation, just installed my enclosure panels and it would appear something is wrong. What adjustments need to be made?
Bed Mesh
Took me over 4 hours to get it this good. Is there a way to set skew_correction to reduce the min and max difference?
Beacon + Spannsysteme X-Gantry = Sensing Artifacts?
Hi,
I have installed the Beacon surface scanner to my printer yesterday and found a weird issue.
The bed mesh has a pattern, that repeats along the Y-axis (see the first image). The hills and valleys are spaced with approximately 40mm distance.

Mesh Bed Everywehre.
hey there, i was going for a big build but kept failing, and got this mesh, anyidea on what seem the problem ? is it the frame structure or ? and if so what's the best recomendation on how to inturpruit what corner should be wider and what corner to tighten ?
500mm bed mesh with full width hump. Gantry issue?
This is the bed mesh using a super pinda on my 500mm bed. I watched the video and if I am understanding it correctly, the four corners are pretty close to the same plane. I think this means the frame is pretty square. However, there is a pronounced bow from front to back.
Not sure what the best way to attack this is. Maybe loosening the screws on the Y access rails and moving the gantry back step by step tightening the screws as I go? I also heard him say that you should not install all the screws in the rails. Should I be removing some screws?...

First Rat Rig - Possible damage to bed, need help
500mm enclosed build. Spent the day squaring the frame. There was some damage to the build plate during shipping so I'm not sure if its flat or not. In order to get this mesh I needed to add a 2mm gap between the right side of the electronics panel and the y gantry, the height from the bottom extrusion to the top of the y gantry is now 2mm longer on the right side. I think I might just be compensating for a bent build plate by taking the frame out of square though.
I'm planning to check pretty much every frame measurement for squareness, but I have a feeling I'm going to end up disassembling the whole thing if I do that. Any advice would be appreciated!...
What frame skew causes this mesh
Any idea or guidance on where the skew may be. I built the VC3.1 with engineering squares and clamps so not sure what i did wrong.
Did I bent the bed? (300mm)
Hi. I had pretty fine for me 0.121 variation, but trying to fix my belt tension I:
1) reinstalled all metal idlers, trying to square the frame better
2) managed to crash bed into the print head (I accidentally clicked "set kinematic position" debug script).
Before my bed mesh was looking like so:...
Bed mesh fix results
So the printer itself is as squareas I think I can make it, but was wondering where am I at wrong?
Another bed mesh numpty
Hi all. Been working on this all night and just cannot seem to improve things much at all.
Started with bed mash last year down to 0.146 and real happy with it.
Upgraded to 3.1 and re-doing the mesh and cannot get it below 0.3. In actual fact, I have worsened it to 0.4 now.
Any suggestions from the heightmap would be fantastic. Seems like my gantry is bowed somehow? I have loosened all the screws and tightened them back up just .

Bed Mesh Not Loading
IRatrig VMinion - 8 months old
Not loading bed mesh after updating klipper resulting in no print adhesion in one corner, to close in the other. It appears that the bed mesh is simply not being used - checked for movement on Z axis - nothing.
Action 1 - printer.cfg file checked - No change
Action 2 - bed manually leveled over many hours - No change...
Implementing Klipper-Adaptive-Meshing-Purging.
Hello guys.
I'm trying to implement KAMP to my RatRig 3.1, unfortunately without luck.
I've done everything from the instructions, but I don't know what to change in Klipper RatRig macros to get this to run properly....
Is it good enogh?
Hi, I just finished basic setup of my V-Core 300mm and run a bed mech, does it looks good? What could be improved? Question is quite dumb, so - feel free to throw some useful doc/video which will answer my question.
New V-Core 3.1 500 Out of Square?
Well I thought I had built in square (I should have bought a bigger engineering square), but after running several bed mesh calibrations (before seeing the Square Mesh video and realizing I should have measured before adding the heater and top), it seems I am probably out of square . If I understand the video properly I need to raise the B corner, but it looks like more than that is going on here. Any opinions on what I need to adjust?
flipped bed mesh????
so after ALOT of researching and also testing, and help from a patient member we dont get the bed mesh to work at all..
but i just discovered something. when print, the top left corner of the bed (where x and y endstop is) the bed is at the highest, the nozzle is touching the bed. and if i look at the height map, that should happen in the opposite diagonal part of the bed.
the marking is where the nozzle is touching the bed while printing a large .2 sheet. i see it already at the skirt. ...
fixing a lake
I am trying to fix this a little bit, I have seen Mark's video and I think I understand the issue.
It was much worse after not having used the printer for a while, it was over 0.35 with rear back corner far up. Right now its 0.144mm variance. I fixed the high corners by bringing that corner up bit by bit. Ive also loosened and re-fastened the X and Y rails and I tested with all the screws but 1 just finger tight (to allow thermal expansion). Ive let the printer heat up for at least an hour (inside was 40C) and loosened/fastened the rails once more.
Im not sure what to think of this as it keeps showing this lake, suggesting both X and Y are bending down in the middle? I guess its possible the extrusions/rails are bend?
