Logitec Brio webcam

Ive been trying to get this to work stable and reliably. Im not sure when but sometimes I get an image and the cam works. Then, it doesn't. Black. When I check dmesg and lsusb, the device is there. I delete the cam from the dashboard and add it, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I unplug the cam and replug it, sometimes I loose a connection the printer (the blue screen, not yellow) and it wont reconnect upon restart or firmware restart. I reboot the pi and mainsail works again, but the cam wont. I wonder if usb cams are working reliably, or maybe its just the Brio that isn't working properly? I am using the USB cable that came with the cam, on PC's and laptops that works fine. Any ideas?

Printing PA-CF

@lemcott During flow tuning test for this PA-CF filament, I print a 30x30mm square 3mm high with 2 bottom, some infill and 10 top layers (Ellis' tuning guide), but it comes loose. Probe offset is good (nice first layer squish). print surface is textured PEI sheet, its clean and I am using 3dlac as well. It still comes off (i literally never had issues before). Bed temp is 50C. Should I try higher bed temps for this stuff, or perhaps it needs a larger surface (ie, use a brim)?

Voron 2.4 Support

How well does RatOS 2 work with the Voron 2.4 these days? Im at a friend he's running an old FluiddPI version which is no longer maintained. Since I am helping him, I figured I'd use RatOS since that is what I am familiar with and I can better help him out. I realize its Mainsail under the hood, so it should work the same as that, I'm just hoping that RatOS has all the default config in place so we spend less time configuring it. Thanks!

Home stops after X with error

It just started doing this ... when hit home, it homes X and stops with this:

I adjusted the endstop a bit, sensor is working fine. Sometimes, when I try a couple of times after bringing the printhead back to the middle (manually), it works. Any ideas what this might be? Thanks!

fixing this vibration

I took the entire toolhead apart, put it back together there are no loose screws, nuts or otherwise. Its a soft touch that removes the vibration entirely. I suspected the fanduct in the back but I filled up any space with some rubberband to ensure its not vibrating. I tried the same with the extruder. I could really use some tips?

RatOS homing Y speed

When I echo RatOS vars, I get macro_travel_speed: 300. When I look at the homing macro I see {% set speed = printer["gcode_macro RatOS"].macro_travel_speed|float * 60 %}. When I take 300 * 60 I get 18000, but that is the speed after it has hit the endstop sensor. Long story short, how I can see the speed it uses to move to the sensor? Thanks!

bridge problems

ive read what I can find but ive been unable to get this right so I could use some pro tips :P. I am testing with Superslicer bridge flow tests, with ABS+ at 240C. Temp has been picked after a temp tower provided no dripping and good layer adhesion. Bridge speed is at 100mm/s, 60% flow and 120% above bridges. Its not hanging but I keep ending up with loose threads. I tried: - more / less flow - 5 and 10C above and below current temp - 60 mm/s - more / less cooling (from none to 100%) I think at 60mm/s and 50% flow it seems to be the best (tight lines) but still loose from the layer above it. Any ideas what else I can try?

revo.cfg generic for (most) revo hotends?

I am configuring an unsupported printer with RatOS for a friend of mine (cr10s-pro-v2). He completely rebuilt that printer with an octopus 1.1 board and a Revo Micro with Orbiter, new steppers and linear rails. I often joke he could bought 2 ratrigs for all the money he spent on upgrades ;). This is just a quick question, the revo.cfg, is that usable with the Micro as well, since its pretty much the same except for a small hotend fan on 5V? Thanks!
