BTT Octopus DFU not detected
Hi again everyone. Still working on my issues with the printer (wish I could go back a few weeks with it).
Got the Pi working and into the configurator. Selected my V-Core 3 400 and on to BTT Octopus V1.1
Need to upload firmware, so used the DFU option and did as asked. Bridged the two pins as shown and hit ruset button.
DFU was detected so removed the short as recommended and hit the flash button. Said it was flashing for a short while, and then got a DFU not detected error. I cannot proceed at this point and am a bit lost in progressing hte upgrade of RatOS etc.
Any help would be really appreciated.
btw, my Octopus board still had all the wiring conected to it if that makes a difference.

Raspberri Pi issue?
Hi everyone. Long time since I have posted - my printer has been nice and reliable for quite some time. I came to an issue over the weekend and think the Pi may be bricked?
It started on Friday when I sent a print to the V-Core through RatOS and it uploaded but reported back that the upload failed. At this point, I was getting active temperature measurements etc.
I looked in RatOS and found that I had a heap of updates to do, so started uploading them. When I went to update Klipper, it failed and since then have not been able to communicate to the printer.
Given the issues and chatting with a friend who also has a V-Core, I updated RatOS on the Pi. This initially failed and assumed maybe my memory card failed so got a new one and installed the boot loader.
Now, I can't seem to even get wireless up and running on the Pi and cannot connect via ethernet connection from Pi to Laptop either.
Just wondering if the Pi may have been bricked?
On power up, the red light is on straight away, and the green light is off initially, then has four quick of/ons followed by a longer off period and then four quick off/ons again - I am guessing that is simply trying to read from the card and not indicating an error message?

Bed mesh Z height issue (V Core 3 & BL Touch)
Hi everyone.
I have just upgraded from V Core 3 to 3.1
My printer was running OK in this following regard prior to the upgrade but have a confusing issue now.
I decided to start at the beginning and tune everything again.
Sorted out the Z offset for the BL touch fine and moved on to a pressure advance calibration.
Once I loaded the print, the printer did its normal 3 point bed level and then z home on the middle of the bed. all good, with z hop between probes possibly in the order of 10mm or so.
Then the mesh levelling starts and the Z hop after each probe would seem to hardly be 1mm. It probed the mesh for the first full length (front of bed left-right) but as soon as it probed the first of the second row, the BL Touch probe did not have the ability to deploy and the print job was cancelled.
I have looked about the forum, and there has been mention of a z hop probe height, but cannot - or don't understand where and how to adjust - and even if this is in fact the problem as I was still using the RatOS profile and SuperSlicer profile that I was using prior to the upgrade.
The only real difference I see is that the BL Touch may be a little lower than it might have been on the 3.0 setup?
