Bed mesh problem after rebuild! Vcore 500

Hey Guys, i enclosed the last days my Vcore 500, swapping the printed parts and mounting the panels. Now the bed mesh is screwed and z- tilt adjust also doesn´t work. I guess it will be probably a frame problem, i watched the frame video attached to others posts, but this kind of problem wasnt discussed. i hope you could help. thank you.

You first need to fix Z-tilt, bed mesh doesn’t make sense here… Are you sure that all Z motors are moving in the same direction?

BOTH front Y rails (corners) need to move down

But shouldn’t the two front corners and rear get adjusted to the same height through Z-tilt?

z-tilt will only work so far, based on z-speeds ability to move the bed to match the movement speeds in X and Y the bed level needs to really be better than a layer thickness to work correctly/efficiently

how exactly should i fix Z-tilt? i moved both front y rails it doesn't helped. i closed so little gaps and fix some squareness problems no the z-tilt stops working at 0.0300 and the mesh looks like this:

When you installed your Y linear rails.... did you tighten one end, then the other...then snug the rest down? bad move. You need to work from one end to the other tightening them down. to tight and you can distort the aluminum extrusion causing the rail itself to distort. Lay a really good know straight edge on top your Y rail extrusions and verify there is no distortion in the Z axis. If so, you can remove that extrusion and rotate it 90 ° to get a Z axis FLAT top/bottom then remount your linear rail.
