After underextruding, we now enter the era of bleeding and overextruding!
I am an owner of a Ratrig 3.1 400. About 6 months ago I had a failure (no pic) with my Rapido hotend. So I thought time for an upgrade with the toolhead v1.0.
Bought a new Rapido 2 too. (Bought 2 but that was my mistake. Anyway) tried to set it up but no luck. Massive underextrusion. MASSIVE. Just could not make it work. After a test print I came to the shop to find this. (Pic1) Replaced the whole thing and had another exactly same failure. I cleaned the first blob and put every thing together with new cables on the thermostat and ceramic heater. Ever since the change I have an extreme overextruding problem and the nozzle cannot keep preasure in the throat. (Pics 2&3) It drips if I try to heat it up. Oh and retraction does nothing at all. Also (and this is really weird) the temperature on the nozzle rises really slow... I calibrated every thing but to no avail. Any thoughts?...

Dual_Carriage Endstop Always Triggered
Hey all,
I've been trying for a few hours on this one, can't work it out. Just going through initial commissioning on my IDEX 500. Stuck at checking the endstops, because dual_carriage is reading always triggered. The X and Y endstops are functioning perfectly.
It's not the wiring, it's wired exactly the same as T0 which works perfectly, and it's obviously just the short harness from the Omron to the port on the toolboard, so not a lot to do there....
Swapped out BL Touch for RatRig 5V Induction Probe
Since I was getting nowhere with the BlTouch issues, I decided to go the easy route and swap out the BLTouch for the RatRig induction probe.

Manual stepper motor issues
Hello, I am trying to add a manual stepper motor to my V3.1 for a simple multi material unit, and I cannot seem to get the motor to turn. I have switched the wires around on the motor and now the motor locks up when connected to power. I have attached my configuration for it. I’m using an octopus V1.1 with a TMC 2209 driver and slot one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
