I'm starting to see the above error when I start a print. It apears to be happening randomly but increasingly more offten. Can any one shed some light on the problem and maybe point me in the direction of a solution?
Z tilt with Beacon Probes at 235
I'm mostly just curious why the z tilt with a Beacon probes at 235 and not 200 by the rear z motor?

Hi , I'm setting up a new printer and it's printing fine. The problem is when I use the unload filament button, the extruder extrudes instead. I'm using relative e steps. The load filament button works fine. Everything is updated and using v-core-3 configs.

I'm assuming I do this while driving the motor. What would indicate that I need to replace the board? I feel like I've ruled out any of the other components being bad since I have tested new spares of each. The octopus board is most suspect because the amazon seller sent me the wrong one. I bought the H723 but they sent the 446. Plus it has the MCU negative temp problem. I shelved the project for a while so it's too late to return. Oh well.
Engines hum and heat up a lot with Kraken and RatOS2.1
I have upgraded my VC3.1 24/48v printer from the Octopus PRO to the Kraken board and installed RatOS2.1 and now the motors keep humming all the time and get very hot. So much so that after a short time the 48v source goes off and I have to restart it to make it work.
I've reinstalled it twice and it's still doing the same thing.
I've bought the same new motors directly from RatRig and it's still doing the same thing.
Can somebody help me?...
I removed ebb42 and now I can't use the printer
I have a little problem, my Ratrig has the m8p v1.1 blanket, and so I decided to install ebb42 v1.1, but I didn't like it, I removed ebb42 v1.1 but now it's giving me an MCU error... does anyone know?
Wifi Connection not working since Update
I just ran a full update on my V-Minion and now I am unable to connect to a new Wifi. The only way to interact with the machine atm is Klipperscreen that, when going to the network menu, states that it failed to detect network manager. Before when it was still connected to the old wifi I was at least still able to connect via ssh and start the networkmanager service manually, which led to me being able to see the list of available wifi networks but when i then tried to access the new Wifi network I got an error saying that it doesnt have permission to connect to it.
Now I am locked out of the machine because it is not connected to any wifi and i am unable to reconnect it since i cannot use the klipperscreen network page.
It's the stock setup with Raspi 3A+ so no ethernet port as an alternative.
What possibilities do i have?...
Solution:
That was misleading, klipper screen wasn't dead it just wasn't working and showing an error on the Homescreen while also for some reason klipper could not connect to the printer. I disconnected the screen and everything worked fine throughout the workshop today. 🥰
Next time I come around to doing work on the printer I will Update everything in the correct order. Thanks for the help again.
Btw who is responsible for theRatOS installation manual on the Ratrig site?
I think I have some inputs on how it could be made clearer and easier to follow....
Realtime Analysis not working with BTT lis2dw card
I was having problems with my adxl345 recently and decided to "borrow" the BTT lis2dw card from another printer. The Input shaper and belt comparison macros work fine but I am getting errors when I try to run the RatOS2.1 Realtime Analysis tool. Error and config file is attached

Hi i am setting up a vcore4 standard kit and the documentation took me to rat0s 2.0 for some reason. I did not realize this was the old version at first. i got as far as flashing the toolboard and then realized there was no vcore4 config available in Mainsail. So after some searching I was able to find os2.1 and tried to flash that. It has failed everytime on 2 different pcs and 3 separate downloads. Did this process cook the sd card? Well I guess that makes sense but a heads up would have been nice. Anyway I tried the new sd card with raspi imager and 2.1 and it worked so problem solved.

I was looking thru the RatOS files to see how the Btt Kraken board is configured. I saw several references to the Max EZ. Is this by design or just copy and paste errors?
Multiple IP addresses assigned to one printer?
I updated my vcore3 from ratos 1.x to 2.1 and am running into an issue. I am connected via ethernet, but during the setup I also gave the Wifi network+password which I think might be the main problem. My router is showing 2 IP addresses for the printer, and Orca Slicer crashes when I try to send a file (I am using the hostname instead of the IP in Orca Slicer) . How do I get a mouse pointer for RatOS?
I got the Raspberry Pi set up with RatOS. It is now recognizing the monitor, It seems to recognize the keyboard and mouse as if I click the mouse sometimes it brings up other menus (though since I don't see a pointer I don't know where it actually is). I can hit ESC on the keyboard and it reverts back to the previous menu. But I can't seem to get into any menu that would allow me to toggle pointers on or off or change video resolution.
How do I turn on the mouse pointer?...

update speed stupidity slow
Not sure what channel to put this in, but my update speed is crazy slow. I have good broadband (250mbps) but this update transfer is just ridiculous. especially when the total files to be transmitted are 90mb, it’s taken 1 hour to transmit 7mb and only received 1.1mb

Ive been trying to get this to work stable and reliably. Im not sure when but sometimes I get an image and the cam works. Then, it doesn't. Black.
When I check dmesg and lsusb, the device is there. I delete the cam from the dashboard and add it, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
When I unplug the cam and replug it, sometimes I loose a connection the printer (the blue screen, not yellow) and it wont reconnect upon restart or firmware restart. I reboot the pi and mainsail works again, but the cam wont....
