Trying to get idex to work
I've just finished my vc4 build and I'm struggling to get idex to work

For this error, I think it has something to do with the fact that my VAOC camera isn't in the correct position since I am using a different camera and Z endstop
Is there any way for me to change the coordinates for camera and endstop?
I'm also getting this error, which I do not know what it means
I also don't know how to choose which toolhead I'm using with orca slicer, and I can't find information on that
Also, the increase_y_max command doesn't work
this is for the expected camera position, put this in your printer.cfg
this is for the endstop offset, measured from the camera center
call
_VAOC_RESET
after making these changesGot it
Thanks
Oh yeah. When I try to use beacon scan compensation mesh, it says that it's disabled
then enable it
Ooh thanks
also, dont use this feature right now
we are working on a much improved version, should be available soon
Hmm I think the guide im following is outdated
update ratos
Can't do that right now bc no wifi where it's at, but I'll do it TMR and try again
Does this also have something to do with ratos not being upto date
It's saying movement out of range every time I try to calibrate Z offset
But the coordinates on screen are totally within range
And I can manually jog it there too
please change this to -7
also please update ratos and everything
Thanks for all the help today!
It was already -7 and I tried -10 and still no, but I'll try again after I can update everything
try to run
INCREASE_Y_MAX
and try againBut still get this when I try to do Z offset
This also seems fine
I think when I tell it to do Z offset, it wants to do T0 first but T1 is in the way or something
- share your debug.zip file
- enable debug mode with
ENABLE_DEBUG
- reproduce error
- share console outputOkay. I figured it out
My Z offset probe is too far to the right
So The T0 toolhead will collide with the T1 toolhead if it goes there
I just gotta increase the distance between toolheads when it does the VAOC and toolshift thing
Oh yeah. VAOC flip 180 degrees, but can it rotate camera
