Point and Directional Lights that can be placed in the scene

Would love the ability to be able to place lights manually in the scene maybe a UI slider and wheel to increase intensity and change colors. The ability to export the scene with the lights for use in game engines.

360 photo rendering and 360 videos

Would love to see this updated similar to Tvori with no folders with thousands of pics to generate a vid. They had 360 snapshots built in the camera UI and 360 video rendering up that did not generate photos for each frame to eat your hard drive. 4K, 8k and 12k outputs would be ideal with the ability to save as a skybox in OB

proper lathe tool

I use the mirror a lot as a lathe. It would be great to have one added to the UI. Right now it’s really hard to generate a straight spin and it only spins in one direction to use it as a lathe. Sometimes is wobbly which is fine for some things but would be great if we had incremental control at different angles with precision.

Camera view tilt

So... I've struggled with this for years, in every creation tool, but it's such an easy easy fix. VR output is a square, but when smooth camera is on and you're filming in 16:9, it's as if the frame is favoring the top part of that square view instead of centering it. So when I'm working with my hands in front of me, even if it looks like everything's in frame.... it's ALWAYS cut off. ...

3d rotate zoom

Best I saw is two grab buttons which just rotate /zoom whole scene around player (same way like you just move object you grabbed, but in this case - box of scene), this also make you able to move this way

Custom Environments

I am a TiltBrush user looking for a way to use .exr and .png files as custom environments in OpenBrush. My .exr and .png files are used as backgrounds in Blender and I believe having the ability to use them as custom environments in OpenBrush would be a great feature for creative expression and control. Thank you for your consideration....

Darken Blending Brushes

from @gfellow: Druthers: In future releases would you consider a "Darken" option for the layers? In other words, it one were to create three layers, and fill each layer in with red, yellow and blue, the end result would be black? Guides Selection

Guides are very easily to accidentally select when scaling or otherwise intersecting while performing actions.
Is it possible to require them to be selected (selection tool active) before moving?...

Would be really cool to be able to create this effect in app with our art.

Mirror movement along axis

Would be useful (especially for multi-mirror) to be able to move the mirror along an axis line (straight forward) or along one of the symmetry points relative to the center

Ability to select all and scale while keeping the mirror position centered

Due to scaling constraints there are times when you want to resize the entire piece without breaking symmetry. This is especially true when using multi-mirror. This comes into play when it's important to keep the entire piece within the boundary limits (for example if using techniques for creating skyboxes). Several other instances may make this important.
Ideally this functionality could also be applied to a specific selection and the mirror as well....

Changing or converting materials on imported models

Ability to add metallic(s) and possibly other 'finishes' to imported models.
A lot of times the models are very flat, unlit, or whatever. Be nice to be able to add gloss or metal globally to an imported object like that...

Ability to compile a 360 video from the image stack directly

Sometimes a 360 render will hang before the actual video is rendered, or the process may need to get interrupted for various reasons, such as hitting space limitations on the drive or the user closing the process. (360 renders can take hours or days depending on the size).
When this happens the images remain in the creation folder, but the video never completes so is 0kb.
If you restart, it appears to go through the entire render process all over again, which is undesirable, especially if it happens after all or most of the frames are rendered. A solution might be a change to the bat file (added option) and internally in the code to jump straight to the create video part (skipping recording)....

Global Shaders

Ability to apply a shader to an entire piece or maybe a group. Basically thinking about movement shaders in terms of this, as opposed to things like color overrides.
Could be useful for things like video effects or just to make some trippy moving art.
