3d rotate zoom
Best I saw is two grab buttons which just rotate /zoom whole scene around player (same way like you just move object you grabbed, but in this case - box of scene), this also make you able to move this way

I'm not sure I understand your suggestion? Moving the scene is the same as "moving yourself". Internally the player is always at the same spot and teleport/fly etc just moves the scene
I mean make him to do it by grab and allow also rotate forward, which would allow to see image from different perspective
Ah. That sounds like the World Axis Unlocking feature that @moat9195 added. It's something we negelcted to add to the docs and I can't remember how it works without access to a headset. Maybe @moat9195 or @mikesky can remember?

I remember that while you're performing a grip-turn/zoom you gotta hit one of the buttons to unlock the world axis
it's a toggle action. Might've been one of the triggers, or the button with the turtle or rabbit on it
I made it so that you have to hit the button DURING the zoom so that you don't engage/disengage it by accident.
That's really cool. I always forget button combo tools, really useful thing though
Maybe this would work if we can put the model in lathe mode as well?
