Can't get good graphs on VC4 400

This is 24th graph I did today. After 3 hours I still can't get the belts to align. It doesn't make any sense. When I loose the upper belt it doesn't get closer to the lower belt. Either the second smaller peak dissapears or nothing changes. I tried realigning Y rails, the X gantry. Measured distances between various points to check for obvious frame issues.
Solution:
Getting there finally! I unbolted everything I could and tried to alignt and bolted again. This is the latest:

VC4 400: Second peak not appearing

Hey, first time tuning belts on a coreXY. Not sure why the second peak is not appearing. @miklschmidt suggested before that my belt tension is too high, but I matched both belts on the one peak I have and reached low end of 1e6. Is it still too high, or can there be another explanation for this issue? There might be some noise due to the fact I didn't finish cable management on the toolhead yet, but I reckon it doesn't influence the general look of the graph. Thanks!

I need help on with my graphs (V4 500)

Any tips, trick , obvious problem are welcome to be discussed and shown here to achieve a good enough graph so i can finally move on and print to my heart content. FYI this is corexy only, the hybrid motor are unplugged so far

Belt tension graphs degraded

Removed my belts off the printer to trim them to exact same length and the reinstealled them and my previously wonderful tension graphs have turned to rubbish. Have not been able to track down the culprit yet. Driving me nuts. Whats a list of what I should be looking for?...

VC4 500 hybrid y resonance speed low

I just ran the resonance tests again, and I'm seeing charts that look great for X, but y is showing half of what I'd expect for acceleration speeds. I'm wondering what I missed.

two peaks on belt tension

they're just about the same. but idk what to do about the secondary peak. my printer does NOT like printing around 100-120mm/s, but is perfectly quiet below and above that range.

What do you guys think? Vcore 300

Belts tensioned to 94hz through spectroid (what an incredible app by the way) with x gantry all the way on the Y endstop.

How does this look for a VC4 500

Never had a machine this size so I'm not sure if the recommended accels and graphs are good or not. This is a hybrid machine so I expected Y to be higher than what it is

Y all over the place

Hey there, I know this is not a vcore printer, but I hope someone could still help me. I just run input shaping with an adxl345 and the X result looks quite "normal" but y is all over the place. Does anyone have some tips on what could cause this?...

Vcore 4 only has one large peak...Is this ok?

Is this acceptable? I only really have one big peak here. Is something binding? New Vcore 4 500 build. CoreXY, not Hybrid yet.

Trying to make sense of this. Is this fine for a vc200?

Just started tuning my printer and I was wonderingf if these results where fine or if there's someting i should look in to.

Comparison between ZF (slight clearance) and Z1 (medium preload) HIWIN linear guides on X axis

I got HIWIN linear ZF (slight clearance) in January due to irrelevant reasons. I bought the Z1 version (medium preload) for the X axis at least. The pictures show measurements BEFORE (both X and Y axis have carriages with slight clearance) and AFTER (X axis with preload, Y axis with slight clearance), at ambient and during warm-up. The measurement took place within about 12 hours of each other. X axis and Belt tension measurements without comment. I find it interesting that the Y axis looks better, but the PSD remained at the same height. V-Core 3.1; 400 mm, alu beam from SCHLEIF-TEC, alu XY joiners from ali (Funsor), 48V for AB motors. Belts are GATES purchased from Mellow. Tensioned to approx. 42 Hz....

Spike in y shaper at 80hz to 100+ hz

Been trying to work this shit out for weeks on my open V-core 3.1 400 1. belts are not riding up or down on any of the idlers 2. using FMMM with BRS lever m1 3. aligned my y-axis linear rails with provided alignment tool while loosening all bolts on rails and on xy joiner carriage 4. Custom vz printhead with short goliath hotend...

Difference between measurements: First ambient, the second one 50 °C chamber.

So I happened to go from what I would call "ready for general maintenance" to "fine" by doing the measurements in 50 °C chamber. Is this normal? I do have my X axis linear rail tightened at temperature, to counteract the gantry bow from thermal expansion....

Let's try this again. Different graphs depending on toolboard or beacon accelerometer.

I have a couple of questions about these graphs. There are 2 sets, one from the EBB 42 toolboard and another from the beacon.
1. Do they look good, bad, or ugly?
2. What do you think could account for the differences? 3. Which is most accurate?...

Lower max Accel after installing FMMM, ToroTube and Motor Decouplers

I installed FMMM, the ToroTube and Motor Decouplers on my VCore3.1 500 to get better printing results and higher speeds/accel. I also switched from using a cable chain to using the umbilical-cord design. Now when printing I saw visible echoing. Therefore I remeassured the vibrations for input shaping with the macro. It resulted in higher max accel for the x-axis but lower max accel for the y-axis. Does anyone have a clue why?...
