I have been struggling to get the second peak to be the same size on both belts, any ideas?

I have added the Hybrid upgrade and performed the input shaping and have gotten these graphs. Are they any good?

I found that I was being a little disingenuous as I had setup my hybrid system but I had forgotten to tighten the stepper motor shafts. It is now not looking as good so a lot more tinkering to go
