Can't get the second peak

Hello, I have been trying to adjust the X and Y belts of my V-Core 4 500 for more than a week. This is the best I can achieve, there is no second peak. Even in the comissioning guide appears a second peak, but in the guide in the link in the guide says that one peak is good too. So it is good enough?

Hello Metallica. I am not an expert at all when it comes to this. I am struggling to understand all of this myself. What I have read in the commisioning guide is that one peak is something to do with the belts rubbing somewhere. I have also seen only one peak when the belts are not tensioned high enough. I would say try tensioning both a little more and see if you get anything different

Hey, thanks for your answer. I didn't have any rubbing as far as I know but one of my belts start to break near one of the front clamps. I'll attach photos

So basically now in waiting for new belt to arrive. Is this normal? Maybe my belt was defective?

Is this an IDEX machine?

This could be due to there not being enough clamping force, I had to tighten mine more than I felt comfortable with initially. Was this on the hybrid belts or the core-xy belts?

hybrid on the core xy belts
