System Upgrade Error

I just got back from vacation and tried to update RatOS. I updated all except for System Files Upgrade where i get this error. 1:33:45 Updating packages... 11:33:45 Transaction Refresh cache started... 11:33:51 Transaction Refresh cache: Exit Failed, Run time: 5.96 seconds 11:33:51 Error updating system: Error updating system packages I tried restarting the printer but same error.

pullup_resistor :ERROR

I have installed the lRatOS 2.1 updayed today, I'm getting the error "Option 'pullup_resistor' is not valid in section 'extruder'"" because I have the EBB42 wired using the MAxX sensor (workubg fine in Rat OS 2.0) because in the ratOs ,cfg has the value set to 2200. I have put my settings in overide [extruder] #: toolboard_t0:PB13 # Remove ! in front of pin name to reverse the direction of extruder sensor_type: MAX31865 sensor_pin: toolboard_t0:PA4 spi_bus: spi1 rotation_distance: 4.63 # Orbiter 2 default #pressure_advance: 0.05 # Check https://www.klipper3d.org/Pressure_Advance.html for pressure advance tuning. control: pid pid_kp: 28.413 pid_ki: 1.334 pid_kd: 151.300 to see if it would work I did edit the ratos,cfg with #pullup_resistor: 2200 #sensor_pin: toolboard_t0:PA3 and it woks but then ratos gets oissed because I change the cfg, how can i set in overide pull_resister so it will owrk.

v2,1 Install problems.

I download the image and and used Etcher to write to SD. My first problem is when it verifies at thr rnd I get an error. on the check. Tried 3 different SD cards but al the same . And in two cases It screwed 2 SD cards now the y are seen as 7.63GB, Even with diskpart or disk genius there is no why to fix them. So I tried RUFUS and it wrote the images without errors. Ant way when I try to install the hotspot does not show up. Is it Rufus and why does Etcher not work? I ordered new SD cards to try. Any suggestions? thanks

Part Fan works in dashboard but not during prints

If I try my part fan with the slider on the dashbaord it works fine I see the RPM's and the fan turns. During prints it will go to 80% (which I configured) and the fan icon is turning but the RPM is red with 0 ROM and the fan is off. If i try to change speed nothing happens it will show the new speed but RPM is red and fan ramains off.

Klipper Screen not working.

I have a BTT 5" touch which as working after doing the new install its dead. I may have damaged the HDMI micro port ,even if i do not see any thing out of order. Is there a way to try the other port of reinstall only klipper screen?

Dead fans?

I have enabled in the cfg the part cooling fan, controller fan and toolhead fan. Toolhead fan i get an error Include file '/home/pi/printer_data/config/RatOS/4pin-fans/toolhead-cooling-fan-100hz.cfg' does not exist if I take disable it I get Pin '4p_controller_board_pin' is not a valid pin name on mcu 'mcu'. The fans are all connected to the Manta. I tried connecting the toolhead fan to the EBB42 but it still does not work.

Installed RatRig extruder now I get mcu errore

After installing the new extruder Beta2 from RatRig and attaching all the wires I get a mcu error saying it can not find my EBB42. Checked all the connections but it seems ok. What should I check. I tried to reinstall from zero and but after saying it wanted to upgrade the Manta it failed. I turned off and on but I stil get the mcu error.

PS-ON no power on output pin

I have a Manta M8p 1.1 and a Btt relay 1.2 I have them connected but it will turn off after 10-15 seconds like it should when there is no power to the relay pin. I have checked wiring and it seems there is no signal on the output pin of the Manta. Do I have to configure the PC3 pin so it will be on when i boot the printer. How can i check if it is being configured when it boots? I don't know how to check to see how the mcu is set.

Extruder Temp Of the charts

I have a new hotend from BTT , and there is no preconfigured file for it. The extruder temperture senor is off the charts. I get the error "MCU 'mcu' shutdown: ADC out of range" IOF I exclude the sensor_pin it wiil start but I have the temperture at 277°. I'm using a Btt42 and it connected to the TH0, I tried using ^toolboardPA3" instead of e_sensor_pin but it says it can not find that pin. In the manual the pin is PA3.
I put in Overrides this: max_temp: 350 rotation_distance: 3.433 full_steps_per_rotation: 200 filament_diameter: 1.750 max_extrude_only_velocity: 60 heater_pin: e_heater_pin sensor_type: ATC Semitec 104GT-2 sensor_pin: e_sensor_pin min_extrude_temp: 190 min_temp: 0 max_temp: 350

BTT Micro Probe

I'm trying to install the Bigtreetech micro probe (on a new exstruder), and its different from the BL Touch, which I was using. They save to put a include in the printer.fg and creta a Microprobe.cfg with the settings for the probe. I can not add a new file in the probes directory. So do I have to put it all in overrides? i tried that but it still gave errors. on lines

EndStop when triggered disconects

I have a EBB42 toolhead board I changed my exturder . I sti have to setuo the new exturder and touch, but testing the endstop if i triggere it I get an error "Lost communication with MCU 'toolboard'". If i trigger the Y endstop i get no error. Do I have to reprogram the mcu?

Parse Error

Half way through a print I got a "Unable to parse move 'G1 F6000 X214.444 Y202.413 E2500.64834'0" and it just stopped. I used the Adaptive Meshing for the frist time could it have anything to do with that?

Prime direction not working?

I have in my printer .cfg variable_nozzle_prime_direction:"auto" but it still moves towardthe back. Its in the "MACRO CONFIGURATION" section do I have to add it under Overrides?

nozzle_prime_direction Move out of range

I set the variable_nozzle_prime_direction:"backwards" but when it move towards the back I get a "move out of range" how can i set the position seeing I can't change a marco.

Priming Blob

When i print the blob at the beginning of the print , when it moves down to do the wipe my BlTouch crashes into the blob risking that it break the probe. I was wanting to move it over a little so that it wil miss the blob. I would like to now if I can put it in here at line 193 # Move to wipe position, but keep extruding so the wipe is attached to blob G1 F200 Y{printer.toolhead.axis_minimum.y + 25} E1 G1 F200 Y{printer.toolhead.axis_minimum.y + ratos.prime_y_start|int + 25} E1 change it to G1 F200 Y{printer.toolhead.axis_minimum.y + 25} X{printer.toolhead.axis_minimum.x -10} E1 Thanks for any help
