Need Help with Commissioning Mesh VC4 500
Here's what I have after a few adjustments to the frame and retorquing the x and y rails. I also reduced the number of bolts on the y rails from 12 to 8. The range in the y axis has not change with all the adjustments I have done, which leads me to believe the bed is bent that way. I do not have a precision straight edge to check the straightness of the bed.
Are there any further adjustments I should make before possibly getting a new bed or should I live with 0.566 of range?...

Bed flatness tolerance VCore4 500 8mm bed
What is the acceptable tolerance range for flatness of the 500mm bed? Frame adjustments have got me to within 0.361 mm, but looking closer at the bed with a calibrated bar, I am measuring a ~0.24mm gap in the x axis. Y looks very good.

Stuck, considering rebuilding VC3.1 500
Printer sat, then was moved into basement, then sat some more, and I’m recommissioning it. I can’t shake this mesh, where the back is falling off the whole way. Z tilt doesn’t seem to do squat. Shimming the feet doesn’t help.
After the mesh, z tilt is still reasonably within range (.03 vs .015) so it doesn’t seem to be stepper issues.
Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope!...

v-core 4 500 idex 8mm bed
mesh is pretty wacky. Have been tuning it for a day so far. Looking to see if I could get some helpful input. Also interested in changing the 40x40 beacon mesh.

when bed is 80c
When the bed is cold.. i have a big dip on both sides along the y rails starting right after the front. but the back is all straight across.
When i heat bed to 80.. it shows the back Y sides too high and big bow in the middle along the X ( prolly due to heat expansion) .
I have lowered the 2 back corners several times but any lower and i will bow the back when the unit is cold. I have also loosed the bolts on the sides and tightened them to 3nm. I have loosed and seated the Y rails from one end several times and tightened bolts to 1.5 nm. I don't understand how to get rid of the Y dip.. and I don't know if there is anything i can do about the heat issue on the X rail.....

bed_mesh: invalid min/max points
i installed ratos 2.1 rc2 on my vcore 3.1 hybrid and used the vc4 hybrid as a base. I wanted to setup a bed mesh, but it doesnt matter what i do its says bed_mesh: invalid min/max points everytime. i tried to establish my min and max pints which i think i got it right. i followed the klipper instructions. But i cant get my bed mesh to work.

Tolerances for V-CORE 4 400
Hello, what is he tolerance for a 400mm bed? Is a 0.367mm range acceptable?
I'm building the V-CORE 4 400mm hybrid. After completing the bed calibration in the commissioning guide, my mesh shows a 0.367mm range, and it's clear that my plate is a little bit curved.
I've rechecked the squareness of my frame three times, and it seems pretty square. I also checked visually with a straight level (making sure the level is straight before)....
Solution:
I can live with a bit curved bed plate, I follow instruction of VisualTech48 in is video (https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1270484259513041038/1271862406439506063)
I pull a little bit the x gantry and now I have a better mesh with .187mm range...

Bed mesh on V-core 4 300mm
Hello, I have problem to understanding how to fix my bed mesh, here is the mesh. I tried to follow commissioned guide and lightly tap corners where mesh is lower or higher, but it didn't change mesh that much in the end. Here is guide I used https://docs.ratrig.com/commissioning-guides/v-core-4.

Adaptive mesh every print
Hello, is my printer supposed to adaptive bed mesh before every print? If not how do I stop it from doing so?
Some tips i found by researching on my own and watching the video ratrig how to get a square frame
i now fighted days for getting my bed to an exceptable shape
what the video says is that you mainly shall focus on the two gentry rails - thats correct.
but when i tried his tips i could only get some very little improvements.
then i removed all the clamps on the top side to see how big this differences where (on both sides) see picture … and what shall i say - the bed was much better.
so fastening all this stuff too hard is influencing the bed....

Cant bring up the left back corner
after 3h of working on this bed …
The hint on this video didnt work. Only influencing corners B/C was possible (you can see it on the picture - best result was 0,36). But the corner D never moved significantly up.
Any idea how i can bring up the back left corner (D) ?

Vcore 500, heat soaked mesh with 1mm+ range
Any suggestion here? On cold bed it is at 0.275 with the same angled to the back mesh, just way lower.
Was hitting the frame at the Y motors connection, doesnt move... :/...

VC4 500 Hybrid Commissioning Build Plate Prep
I've pulled up on the x gantry rail as much as i could, and literaly hung from the extrustion on the rear right to get it where it is. I can not get that one corner any closer. 0.320 is the best range ive gotten, everything else was 0.786-0.486

VCore 3.1 400mm Mesh problem
My Y axis is quite high, I wonder what can I do to decrease the deviations ?

All print surfaces bowed in middle. Cause?
All my (Total 4) print surfaces show the same general pattern - as per pic. A bow along the centre line. Same shows up even if I rotate them,
I suspect that part of this must be to do with the frame or heated bed?
Any thoughts?...

Adaptive mesh compensation- how to turn off?
Hi I have a vcore 4 400 and I just re-ran all the initial beacon calibrations from the github all over again. I am having first layer troubles and I anted to start over. I got the 1st layer perfect and the temp offset too. Then when I tried a print the auto adaptive meshing messed it all up really bad. I want to use the "contact" mesh and the temp offset i calibrated, not the auto generated one for now for the sake of troubleshooting. How do I disable it? Ultimately my issue is the rippling effe...

Commissioning Mesh - Looking for assistance
Hi all, looking for some assistance with my bed mesh.
I've adjusted the feet on my printer and gotten it down from 1.2mm range to 0.7mm range, but I'm still seeing a dip in the back.
I'm also seeing that odd curve on the bed. I've tried loosening and resetting my X linear rail for that so far. ...

VC 3.1 400 Fix back corner
My bed mesh is a little strange.
Everything seems to be ok but not the left back corner.
