Adaptive mesh compensation- how to turn off?
Hi I have a vcore 4 400 and I just re-ran all the initial beacon calibrations from the github all over again. I am having first layer troubles and I anted to start over. I got the 1st layer perfect and the temp offset too. Then when I tried a print the auto adaptive meshing messed it all up really bad. I want to use the "contact" mesh and the temp offset i calibrated, not the auto generated one for now for the sake of troubleshooting. How do I disable it? Ultimately my issue is the rippling effect which I found out is too mush squish or extrusion. I can babystep it to fix it (annoying) but sometimes it comes out clean for about 20-30 passes and then starts rippling again.

Weird squeaking in toolhead
Anyone have an idea as to what this is? It happens on layer 1 and 2 layers so it's not scraping the bed I don't think.

Proper beacon mesh sequence
VCore 4 documentation indicates that the beacon initial calibration should be done on the raw aluminum plate. It is only after the heat pad is mounted that it states to also affix the magnetic sticker. Is this accurate? The pictures show the build plate in the bed when manually leveling. Also the beacon initial calibration command does not exist, what do I use then?

RatOs2.1 flash fails after 2.0.2 succeded
Hi i am setting up a vcore4 standard kit and the documentation took me to rat0s 2.0 for some reason. I did not realize this was the old version at first. i got as far as flashing the toolboard and then realized there was no vcore4 config available in Mainsail. So after some searching I was able to find os2.1 and tried to flash that. It has failed everytime on 2 different pcs and 3 separate downloads. Did this process cook the sd card? Balena gets all the way through verification then reports the flash failed.

Extruder fighting itself
Hey I have a standard config 3.1 and after a loose wire in the jst connector I am having extruder trouble. It appears to be skipping steps but after inspection nothing is wrong with the gears. It looks like the coils might be fighting each other because the motor is getting really hot and every few teeth you get a bump in the extrusion and gearbox looks like it's trying to separate. Nothing wrong with the teeth when removing the outer plates. Could the mcu be fried?
