Overextrusion at my seams. Motion seems to pause.
I'm working on printing nylon. So I have my speeds dialed down to 60mm/s for the most part. However, it seems like the motion pauses at layer change or retraction and ends up causing a bit of overextrusion. Where is the parameter in Prusaslicer that drives this speed? I've been digging and can't seem to puzzle out which knob needs to turn. 😕
The ripples! Wavy/rippled surface.
Please save me, I am struggling to figure out what this is. The ripples !
I get them when printing slow or fast.
I tried loosening belts and tightening.

Volcano Hotend Issue
Hi,
I got an issue with my Volcano. It cannot run at low speed.
Recently I print PETG.
230C, 90% fan. Max flow at 13mm3/s on 0.4 Nozzle (normal, not CHT)

underextrusion or other issue
Here's a picture of a pressure advance tuning tower (chosen because it's easier to see the issue). It looks like underextrusion to me how there are little divots in the layers. I haven't tried everything yet, but as I go through more and more calibration procedures it bugs me more and sometimes invalidates the cal.
Any suggestions as to what to focus on?...
Heavy underextrusion on any line break
Hi everyone. I've got V-core 3.1 200mm with ldo orbiter 2.0 and rapido HF hotend. The printer worked fine for a month, but now it has sever underextrusion whenever extruder breaks a line, most prominently on Z seam. I initially thought it's due to pressure advance calibration (I've folloswed Elli's pattern guide for that), but since recalibration didn't help at all I've tried tower method. This is what I get every time I try a print.
My full config can be found here: https://github.com/smumriak/ratrig_bunny_klipper, all my overrides are located in Bunny folder.
Printing with Overture PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, flow rate 0.96, hotend temperature 240 for first layer, 250 for subsequent, coolying 50%.
I've tried lowering speed, lowering acceleration, decreasing corner acceleration, disabling retraction in slicer and in RatOS files. No change at all....
failed prints only on one side
i have changed the extruder since the last one failed and now all my prints fails on the left side only.
Asking for PrusaSlicer Premade Config
Hi there,
So I got a Vcore3.1 with Volcano hotend, dual 5015s and using Mini Sherpa.
I have problem running at 8K with 100mm/s. There is not enough cooling.

Option 'retract_length' is not valid in section 'extruder'
Really not sure what happened here. I did not use the printer for a couple of days. Went to go start a print and the following error appeared. I checked my printer.cfg file and nothing had changed with that value.
Here is the full message: "Option 'retract_length' is not valid in section 'extruder'
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the "RESTART"...
asa warping 270x370mm
I'm trying to print a disk subpart on a v-core 3.1 4028 fan enclusore 2.0.
As long as the printing is going on addog there is nothing wrong however when you finish the print and slowly cool down the table and the part or the heater chamber. Such deformation will occur. What can I do that will reduce the bending of the part.

I can also heat the chamber if necessary....
is this the extruder doing?
It's the same whether wobbleX or RR oldham, so is this extruder or is it z motor tuning, or something else? Printed in ASA at .2 layer with .5 nozzle. Seems like a 2mm distance effect, or 10 layers.
weird artefacts everywhere+uneven layer stacking/uneven extrusion
Tell me if more information is needed
perfect first layer but bad subsequent layers
Been having this under extrusion issue where the first layer is laid slowly and well but subsequent ones suffer underextrusion.
First layer calibration not working properly?
I have been trying to fix my first layer, but have been having trouble dealing with what seems to be a non flat surface.
My bed mesh isn't great, but I would expect it to compensate better than this?...
small blobs everywhere
I just can't get rid of the small blobs, I've tried a number of settings, and that's the case with all filaments

belt ripples artifact
Hi. I have belt ripples artifact (sometimes called salmon skin), in general - vertical pattern which exactly matches belt teeth distance. Printer - no mods, just vcore 3.1 300mm kit. I discovered that it is more strong during Y movement, but also very visible on X. What I found strange - it is stronger on movements from Ymax -> Ymin and Xmax -> Xmin, so on different sides of the model it has different visibility, like that:
Strange oozing
What might be a reason for this oozing?
Model printed with "external perimeters first" (PrusaSlicer). And it seems this does not happen of first layer.

Dramatic later shift every layer
I have a Vcore 500mm, and I'm experiencing these layer shifts at 15k accel. The grub screws are tight. Any ideas? I tensioned the belts until they are just short of being difficult to pinch together, but I am not sure how to interpret my belt tension graphs.
Poor Bed adhesion
Having trouble with bed adhesion (again). Can't get ASA to stick to it, I have to wash it with soapy water every couple weeks to get even PLA to stick to it, as well as printing at 20% normal speed (20mm/s). Anyone got any alternatives to the textured PEI sheet for a 500 size VC3? The PEI doesn't seem good for much
