More tension on the extruder would be my guess. Also make sure you include orbiter-1004.cfg

its at max

then less tension lol

You don't want max tension, you want just enough to properly grip and nothing more Max tension = motor can't turn, min tension = gear won't grip

when i load new fialment i turn it all the way then back a half turn

That's not how you do it If you want to get the perfect tension, you tension it lightly, then start a flow rate test, then when it starts skipping pause it, then give it a quarter turn more (more tension), resume and see if that helps, if it still skips, try a quarter turn less (so turn it halfway), until you arrive at the perfect spot. You don't want no tension or all the tension you want to be somewhere in the middle.

ok no one has ever told me that, thats really cool. ok ill start doing that from now on. do you have a good flow test you use?

I find the one built into OrcaSlicer is decent

That's weird. You can try to swap the drivers between like E and X or something. If that's still what you suspect

yeah ill swap them out shortly installed a new driver and still the same issue i think my board hurts

Before you do that Try swapping the two middle pins The buzzing is usually a sign that the two coils are fighting eachother (reverse polarity on one coil) If that doesn't work, swap it back and redo it. forgot to reply

at this point i dont even know what to try anything i guess as always you were correct sir, it was wiring not sure what pin exactly but i made a new harness and its going smooth no chuffing the old extruder that dies must have damged the pins on the extension cable i made for it so new orbiter and new extensiopn cable, and were going
