Octopus Pro 1.1 H723 - flashing will not work

I'm stuck at Step 1 in the Configurator because I need to flash binaries on SD card first. Where do I find/get them? If i click "compile Firmware" nothing happens, I was thinking this will download binary file to put on SD card. Sorry for stupid question, klipper stuff, raspberry pi and network is all new to me, so any help is appreciated!...

Is there any kind of order of operation in printer.cfg anything documented?

I started to flatten my printer config file to for ease of use.
When I did this for the extruder my rotation_distance got real funky to the extent that G91 followed by G1 E10 F60 would result in about 78MM of extrusion? Full printer.cfg attached as well....

Print head parking after print completed

Does anyone know where the setting is in one of the config files that tells the print head where to park after finishing printing? After updating mine now seems intent on ramming the back fan duct on my EVA2.0 head into the rear centre bed leadscrew. Never used to be an issue on V1.2. Also, would that happen to be the same place where I can adjust the acceleration/speed of the default print head setup movements? I get that people enjoy the printer being snappy, I have a little more mechanical sympathy than that and don't need the print head to break the sound barrier when setting up or finishing...

DDEX (dual extruder single printhead) configuration help.

long story short: just set up rat os. I am just trying to add an [extruder1] to the config. pi + btt octopus v1.1 originally I tried to overwrite the regular [extruder] with [extruder0] but kept running into a new error after every save and reboot because I kept finding new places within ratos that [extruder] was split up between. [extruder] seems to be set up fine with all of the default config files for the hardware - however the rapido file specifies the wrong sensor type. I tried to overwrite the correct sensor type but klipper fails to boot because of the temperature range being too high. the temperature is reading correctly - (it is supposed to be a PT1000 but it is set to 104GT)...

Possible to set "controller_fan" to always run at idle_speed?

I have a v-minion with a electronics box mounted to the printer. There is one fan in the box to cool the skrat board and the Raspberry. The fan uses stock config, so it is a controller_fan which powers on when the steppers are on. So my question is, is there a way to let the fan always idle for cooling the pi? I would like to let the fan run at, lets say 50%, but when starting a print it should act like a normal "controller_fan"....

12V fan on a 24V Toolboard: Using Klipper and RatOS to reduce power of fan by 50%

Hello, I am looking for some help as the title says, with a 12V Part Cooling fan and a 24V EBB36 toolboard. In RatOS and Klipper, how can I reduce the power of that fan to 50%, therefore the fan will work regardless of the difference in voltage?

BTT Micro Probe

I'm trying to install the Bigtreetech micro probe (on a new exstruder), and its different from the BL Touch, which I was using. They save to put a include in the printer.fg and creta a Microprobe.cfg with the settings for the probe. I can not add a new file in the probes directory. So do I have to put it all in overrides? i tried that but it still gave errors. on lines...

Bondtech gear clicking

I’m having an issue with the bondtech gear clicking not extruding more filament. I’ve the printer for PETG, printing at 235 degrees Celsius, mesh comes out good, paper test worked great for extruder nozzle to bed distance being good, but the filament gets stuck in the hot end. Now it’s unable to print anymore filament. What’s the best way to clear out the filament? I’ve tried enabling the bondtech to pull out filament by flipping the Bondtech switch, but it won’t let me pull anything out. #stuckfilament #bondtechgearclicking #filamentstuckinhotend...

Hi there. I'm installing external 48V steppers on the Manta following the advanced configuration page. I have run into this error. Jumpers are set, boards are energized. Driver power is set to 24V (external drivers). Any thoughts?

Help

Lost with this one. I noticed that the diagram said check the wiring. So I have two micro switches and they are opposite way round but the wiring is the same colour. If I fit the two cables to the board the colours in one connector is different to the other and doesn't match the diagram. Not wanting to blew anything up which is right. One picture has been turned upside down so its easier to see.

Z-Tilt Issues Octopus Max EZ on EZ5160 Pro running 48v

Everything homes fine X, Y, Z however Z-Tilt the X,Y steppers are fighting each other always in the front right corner of the build plate which then they lose steps and everything after that goes downhill. Web cam broken

Been away from RatOS for a while. Updated everything and noticed that the web cam is blank. Have a Logitech C270 that was working before. Crowsnest says no usable device found on /dev/video0. Did something on the OS layer change maybe that I need to udpate now?

So 4028 doesnt work for me for now so im going for dual 5015 24 v

1 is plugged in the ebb 42 v1.2 fan header. And the other will be plugged in the octopus v1.1 What do I have to put in my printer.cfg to make them both run as the cooling fan. Or can i wire them in parellel on the toolhead board or will this damage my fan header....

Do we need to change our configs before we update to the new klipper version? it sounds to me like if I don't change something in bed meshing I will get errors and not be able to print.
