Help

Lost with this one. I noticed that the diagram said check the wiring. So I have two micro switches and they are opposite way round but the wiring is the same colour. If I fit the two cables to the board the colours in one connector is different to the other and doesn't match the diagram. Not wanting to blew anything up which is right. One picture has been turned upside down so its easier to see.
