Multiplayer Dimension Support

So I made the mistake of changing the alternate dimension support dial to .5 mid game after covering over half of a 10k x 10k play area. This was fine at first because when I switched to the main lobby it would generate separately and when I go back into the world it would use the other LOD. After opening it the next day I realized that it had in fact thrown out both LODs to what I can only assume is start anew to make a clear difference between dimensions despite the mod already making that distinction just fine yesterday? If there's any way I can assign the old LOD file to the correct overworld that would be great but if not I just want to be able to get it back again. I don't want to spend 5 weeks of my spare time filling out chunks again.

LOD chunks are brighter than normal ones.

Multiverse Required Similarity % Issue

Currently using 2.0.0 dev build for 1.20.1 on a server that has an extra 11 dimensions added to it for the sake of exploration and progression. Multiverse similarity setting was set to 75% since a few worlds are still similar to the overworld and it seems to have a clear enough distinction. The issue is whenever I go from one dimension to the next, the entire LOD restarts. No chunks from before are kept, the whole map is wiped. Sadly I can't give much more info without specification.

Cave islands don't have complete shells at a distance.
