Weird Render Bug with Complimentary Reimagined
Probably not a DH bug since it's in the normal chunks too but I did post there first just in case, but I'm now posting here after reconsideration. No clue what's causing this other than the fact that the shader seems to change the water after a certain y-level is crossed. Random guess but maybe that's what causing it?
Wouldn't know how to fix it either way so help would be appreciated. Even if it's just a point in a certain direction.

Also, in reference to the explanation, both a y-level above the water, and the y-level of blocks in the water seem to affect this. I've noticed things like monuments and any shallow water seems to have this pattern too, thus the area on the left and near the underwater ruin in the first screenshot.
I believe this was fixed in a DH nightly build
I thought I was up to date, turns out auto updates were off, my mistake.
auto updates is funky with the nightly
