Waxed canvas pants recs?

Every time when there is heavy rain, my legs are soaked through and I really hate that feeling. I got a raincoat and a pair of bean boots, but what I miss is pants that keep my legs dry. Any recs for pair of nice looking and durable waxed canvas pants?

Are Huckberry products good or overpriced?

Recently I am looking for a pair of black wool trousers then I found this https://huckberry.com/store/wills/category/p/76895-stretch-wool-trouser They are $198 and only 60% wool, are they really worth the price? I actually own a linen cotton blazer from Flint and Tinder and I pretty regret buying that, I buy this at full price($220) but the fabric is really average.

Want to get a pair of black derbies, Dr Martens 1461 mono or Solovair Gibson?

Is there significant quality difference between them? Solovair is a bit more expensive but they are made in England. Also is there any idea how to wear black derbies for casual outfit?

Want to shorten my suit sleeves and the tailor said he can't clean up the decorative stitching

Is this normal? He said he will move the buttons up but leave the stitching there, because he said the fabric would probably be damaged by picking up the stitching.

Help me to complete my capsule wardrobe

I love the scandinavian minimalist style and the idea of capsule wardrobe. I live in mild climate area that rains a lot in autumn and winter. Anyone have any suggestions that I can improve my wardrobe? I am thinking to get a winter coat that is water resistant, what style should I go for? I am also thinking there is not enough casual jacket, sometime 3 blazers in my wardrobe just feels too much. Also there is too much navy in my wardrobe. Is waxed jacket with no hood practical?

I need a water resistant jacket to wear in winter cause I live in area that rain a lot in winter. I always love the look of waxed jacket but the probem is most waxed jacket has no hood. Can I actually wear them on a rainy day ?

Should I measure inseam or outseam of pants to get the perfect length?

Most brands sell their pants based on inseam length, but I found that even the inseam length is same, some pants tend to feel longer while wearing them.

Can this actually be a thing? I knew that most people would call this as a mismatched suit. But I can wear navy overshirt with navy chinos pretty nicely, so why can't a navy blazer too?

Normally I don't buy anything that labels with non-iron, because most of them are blended with synthetic fabric and are bad looking, but these from Lands end are actually 100% cotton

Ivy/Prep style sneakers?

Which pair of sneakers would look good with Ivy/Prep outfits? Outfits like a OCBD with Chinos. White leather sneakers doesn't work very well, it gives too much of the minimalist vibe, when I pair them with my pleated cuffed chinos, the whole outfit just goes so wrong.How about Tretorn Nylite or Jack Purcell?

Lightweight casual blazer recommendation

I live in warm climate so I want to get a lightweight casual blazer that I can wear all year round, maybe in linen or cotton linen blend. I also want the blazer to be very casual that I can wear with t-shirt or untucked shirt. Where can I find this type of blazer?
