Should I measure inseam or outseam of pants to get the perfect length?
Most brands sell their pants based on inseam length, but I found that even the inseam length is same, some pants tend to feel longer while wearing them.

rise is often shown as well
you should pay attention to what rise you like
rise + inseam is outseam length so they are easy to calculate together
but thats why pants with the same inseam might be different lengths
