Yellowing on Common Projects Achilles low white?
Interested in buying these Achilles low but the color looks yellow tinted. Owner showed the box proving it’s white but acknowledged it’s not as white as the sole after cleaning.
Anyone know why it has a yellow tint? Is this normal?...

Are these chinos too long?
Hi I am pretty clueless when it comes to fashion and I bought a pair of dark Chinos for a formal setting, now I'm wondering if they are too long?
They are 32 Waist, 32 Length and are from Uniqlo, so I can get them shortened for free.
I am not really sure where Chinos in a formal setting should fall, but I am thinking that these look a bit too long. I was thinking of getting them reduced by an inch. Alternatively, I could return them and move to a 30 inch length, though I think that would be too short....
Ecru rollneck analysis paralysis
Looking for relaxed but not baggy fitting ecru roll neck to wear with big coats and under loose tailoring. Looked at a staggering number of options and the prospects are a sized up North Sea , Harley of Scotland, and Casatlantic. Leaning towards the Casatlantic because I like the added texture. Appreciate any thoughts or alternatives I might have missed.
trying to build up my winter jacket collection
what are some staples i should go for? styles, materials, colors?
thank you guys
happy sunday :))))
Edit - I'm in Canada, southern Ontario - we've had a few mild winters, but boy can it get cold too, I don't want to build a collection of jackets for the one -30 day though, but generally in winter we can expect 0 to -10 C, with like a week of -20...
Is this coat too formal looking?
Hey I was just wondering what you guys think about this coat, does it look formal or casual?
https://www.uniqlo.com/uk/en/products/E471723-000/00?colorDisplayCode=68&sizeDisplayCode=005
And do you have any recommendations to coats like this that look casual and can be worn with everyday clothes...
Small-sized button up shirts under $50?
I'm 5'3'' tall, 34'' chest measurement and a 13'' neck measurement. My ideal would be either a blue or grey in a light pattern, or possibly a lavender or maroon shirt. I can be flexible on this, I'm just looking for a little more variety than your basic white/light blue (every time someone puts me in white I look like I need to be in the hospital anyway). Think something that'll look nice over dark wash jeans or with slacks rather than something you'd wear under a suit. Don't care if it te...

Outer Layer to Pair With Shirt/Tie
I have two winter events coming up where I normally wear a shirt and a tie. However I would wear just that being a budgeting and low-income young adult. Now I want an outer layer to make a complete ensemble but don’t want to spend the money on a suit right now. I’ve looked at sport coats but have a great pair of navy dress pants that I’ve heard is hard to pair sport coats with. So what else would you suggest? Looking at spending under $250.
best vinted/depop terms?
Hey. On a big house binge and love wilson’s striped shirts (see attached). Anyone got any recommended search terms/can shed some light onto the style of stripe etc?
streetwear basics in canada
does anyone know canadian or north american brands which sell streetwear clothes? (preferably cheap). Im tryna cop some (actual) baggy jeans for around 50-65 dollars a pair, and also anyone got any hoodie recommendations? Right now I am just trying to get the basics.
Hey! 20 years old in college and need help getting started with finding and understanding clothes.
I’ve always hated I haven’t had a clue about fashion. I just wear what I got in my closet. I don’t necessarily want to stand out, but I want to look good; to know what I am doing. And spending money on something I feel so unsure about has held me back. I need help figuring out where to even start.
streetwear questions
so im creating a new wardrobe just for streetwear, rn i have bought two uniqlo t shirts (black and white) and i wanted to layer the t shirts with a zip up or hoodie, i was wondering for streetwear are taper zip ups acceptable or do we want as baggy/open as it can get?

I want the fattest wales
Revisiting this topic bc i'm ready for a another cool pair of cords. The donegal wythe's recommended to me last year were a season-long favorite.
Looking for something like these: https://shop.colbo.nyc/products/double-pleat-pants-corduroy-colbo Something not brown, very wide wale, pleated preferably, no stretch nor tapered. Not worried about price....

Long-sleeve undershirts?
Just got some lovely new sweaters from O'Connell's but unfortunately I'm not used to the scratchiness of the wool. Is the solution just to tough it out? Or do people usually wear long-sleeve layers underneath? Have seen Uniqlo AIRism recommendations but trying to avoid buying clothes with plastic in them if I can. Maybe linen or some kind of thin 100% cotton layer?
Too short blazer sleeves
I reluctantly allowed a family friend to shorten the sleeves of a few of my jackets. One of them they somehow took off three times as much as needed. Is this ok for a casual look in certain contexts (without a long sleeve shirt) or is it totally screwed? Thanks.
Is this suit jacket purposefully long or (more likely) not right for me?
Trying on vintage suits, context is marriage ceremony--love the cut and fabric of this vintage Issey Miyake double breasted suit including really nice pleated trousers
But is this length too long or the intended silhouette? I know the very standard rule is to the base knuckle of the thumb--this is ~1in longer....
