Summer suit and white sneakers
I have seen this done many times, but I feel that this trend is now not recommended. However, this outfit on Suitsupply looks good. I need a summer suit and I was going for this one. I'm looking for comfort. I have two questions:
T-shirt or tank top is ok for a summer event?
White sneakers?

depends on the event and if there's any dress code
There is no dress code per se. My daughter is graduating and she will be wearing a nice dress. I just want to show up for her.
I would err on the side of more formal for your daughter's graduation
Yeah, the suit in itself is fine, but for your daughters graduation i would recommend wearing it with a collared shirt, even if you want to wear it less formally on other occasions.
