would like to get the sides slimmed on a wool coat with lining, wondering if anyone has any favorite places to do this

looking for silver boots
flat/low (<1" heel), ideally a pointy toe (but not required), lace up or zip (no chelsea), a fairly shiny silver (no gunmetal or silvery black, but not sequins or glitter either)
please toss any recommendations my way, thank you, budget <$500 let's say but ignore budget if that's the main constraint.
just some brands to search for secondhand would be a great help as well -- i am not a shoes expert

what to do instead of shopping?
i'm convinced i have enough clothes for winter and i like them, but i just am getting bored and antsy. does anyone have suggestions for stuff instead of window shopping online which inevitably turns into a bit of real shopping. i know there are many guides online but interested in hearing what worked for people specifically. dear god don't make me get back into neopets or something
