Is this outfit completely outdated or timeless?
I am wearing OCBD, dark wash jeans and white leather sneakers. This outfit has the classic MFA basic bastard vibe, but I actually feel kinda outdated when hanging out. Would you consider this as outdated or timeless?

"timeless" truly does not exist in fashion.
this fit is fine, it's just not on trend at the moment, maybe that's what you're feeling?
it just looks a bit bland to me but that’s personal opinion. but it’s not a bad fit by any means either
my train of thought could also be coming from the tote bag hanging listlessly at your side tho, because i might also be deriving monotony from position and not just the outfit. not sure.
those same clothes a size larger would likely look less "outdated" and more on trend
all white leather sneakers are also a MFA timestamp for me marking it outdated but ive got internet fashion brain so take that as you will.
Oversized clothing looks terrible on my 5'5" body:xd:
If you don't like how it looks, that's all that matters
in the vacuum of internet fashion dorks it's outdated but in Real Life it's perfectly fine
also, just because it's worth mentioning, shorter folk can definitely pull off oversized
for me the wash/cut of the jeans and the leatherness of the sneakers date it more so than the size of the garments
yeah was thinking the same about the wash of the jeans, dark wash just brings the raw era to mind
imploring you to not internalize this, plenty of extremely good oversized fits on people of all shapes and sizes
shit the average japanese man is 5'7" and a good chunk of the contemporary oversized/wide fit trend has a direct through line to styles that have been popular in japan forever
I think the outfit looks fine. Pants are a little too tight for my taste.
