Whichever you like more, frankly. We have no clue how the rest of your wardrobe looks and versatility does not exist in a vacuum.
Durability wise both should prolly be roughly equal
keep in mind that the schott is a polywhool blend and therefore propably warmer than the chamois shirt which is brushed cotton. The chamois can certainly be washed, the schott might or might not be dry clean only, though at a 50/50 polyester wool split chances are it can be machine washed
Also the chamois can be easily worn as just a shirt while i think the shott one kinda requires an inner layer
ill add that there’s a million ll bean chamois shirts for a fraction of that price on ebay
could be worth getting one of those for cheap and seeing how you like it
If you are in the us that is. Outside of that ymmv, but in that case I would propably look for a comparable local brand anyway
Schotts are likely dry clean only. I don't see care instructions on that page, but at least the care tags on ebay seem to go that way
FYI, LL Bean has three different chamois fits, so if possible recommend trying on in-store to see what fit and size work best for you. The traditional fit is what's mostly available on eBay, much harder to find the "slightly fitted" or "signature slim" fits used.
After reviewing the LL Bean ones, I ended up picking up a used J.Crew chamois on eBay that I really like!
But I may pick up one of the Todd Snyder x LL Bean chamois as well, those are pretty cool.
