Pillowing on very top surface
Try making a test with 7 top layers and see if the problem still exists.

is this underextruding?
The extruder could be receiving too little amps or volts, I have seen many cases where people dont consider this as a possible problem but in the end that is the case. Many things can cause under extrusion, make sure to keep eliminating possibilities one by one

Z TILT is never perfect
I ended up finding this thing would only be completely acurate with my specific measurements of my setup, so, I had to use custom coordinates of x and y near the z motors, for the probe to measure with precision. Thank you anyway

Problems with the top of my print.
5 top layers of zigzag 100%infill at 205 degrees? Weird result. What os the layer height of those 5 layers? One thing I would do is slow top layers 180mm is way to mich to finish the object. I start slow and end slow with speed in the middle

halfway print quality change
Yeah and printing with the windows open in the house is what caused that for me. Think of it like eqch section is printed at a diferent temperature due to time of the nozzle in the area more or less time

Severe first layer problems
And I would check slicer config. The height should affect brim and its not causing problems there. Height problems should impact everything on the first layer. Are you printing too fast for first layer? Too slow? I would start with fresh standard slicer config and work from that up

Print stops randomly, Klipper reports shutdown
Its all about reliabikity of the connection, cause by loose connectors, bas cables or vibrations shaking the contacta too much. I gave a lot of time and research on this topic. Another thing that might help is with needle pliers bend the usb-c connector, just a bit so the male connector enters the usb female connector just snug or tight.

Print stops randomly, Klipper reports shutdown
I once had a problem like that and fixed it. The problem was as incredible vibration from my part cooling blower fans, 2 of them. I then printed some silencers and also got a bit of cork in the middle of them. Once stuck in there the vibration went down almost to zero and it never failed again. If the vibration is big as I had, causes the usb connector to not making good contact at 100% of the time

Newly built V-Core, ringing like crazy
belt tension is important but also making sure it maintains its tension because I've seen tight belts that stretch or move vertically and that never helps

Could it be power supply problems and the energy flutctuates a lot while printing? Maybe your power supply is not strong enough is all the mechanical parts are ok. Slow electronics could also cause that
