is this underextruding?
I've run Elli's EM cubes and I felt liked I got it tuned well but then I do this big print and I'm questioning that fact. I feel like this is under extruded but since I don't have a ton of experience I was hoping to get a confirmation or two first.

I've fixed all my under extrusion issues now. I'm seriously about to walk out the door to go on vacation for a week to the beach, but uping the current to the extruder driver from 0.35 -> 0.4 fixed everything.

Do you checking extruder? Clean extruder gears, center rotation gears?
Looks pretty clean and well aligned to me.
Maybe noozle partial cloged? Check extruder motor vref - too low too much . Check extruder tension screw. Add more tension.
The extruder could be receiving too little amps or volts, I have seen many cases where people dont consider this as a possible problem but in the end that is the case. Many things can cause under extrusion, make sure to keep eliminating possibilities one by one
Did you fix the issue?
Nope. I have to slow way down in order to avoid this. 60mm/s range
I am having a strange issue where my flow rate jumps up to 93mm3 at which point I underextrude
With the default profile also. Might have to slow down as well :l
This is indeed what underextrusion can look like, but also a potential clog or the like. Run a max flow test, this will tell you a lot
I have just found out that if I I put my temp to 260c with PETG the problem goes away. Anything lower and you can hear a popping sound while the under extrusion is happening
