halfway print quality change

Why is that happening? Anyone experienced this before?

Shorter layertime, therefore more cooling. That leads to another look.

Yeah and printing with the windows open in the house is what caused that for me. Think of it like eqch section is printed at a diferent temperature due to time of the nozzle in the area more or less time
