bad rounding
Since I have updated my vcore4 400 to idex, I have this problem with curves, they are never smooth, any idea ?

i had that also you using prusa slicer? for me it went away when I changed to orca slicer
Look up "arc fitting" and however it is implemented in your slicer
Yes it’s with prusa slicer but with orca it’s the same…
I tried before but the G2/G3 gcode is not supported, I need to add it in printer.cfg, but before I don’t see any difference. I can retry
Is the belt completely new and doing a linear, straight path on free moving pulleys? The belt should be smooth, new and not going at an angle. That should help
what version of orca are u using ??
V2.2.0
And 2.9.0 for prusa
Stock profil idex vcore 4 400
just trying to think what i did in addition to changing slicer-> slowed prints a bit, switched to step files for parametric/smoother paths
