Suit jacket fit - too long?
Hey, I wanted to get some opinions on how this linen jacket fits. Obviously the sleeves are too long, but that can be altered. I think the length could also be shorter, but it looks ok to me. Jacket length is much harder to alter afaik. GF said it’s too long and I should return it. What do you guys think?
I also think maybe the waist can be taken in a bit, but not sure.

How do I wear this tie casually?
I love wearing ties, but I dont do it nearly enough. I have a solidly sized tie collection and a good oppertunity to start. This wednesday I have a reading/lecture/workshop about space and the galaxy. There will be about 15-25 people there, I know exactly 1 guy. Dress is pretty casual, mostly jeans. I find it hard to match ties with jeans, I know a 4 hand but that's not even close to a good start. Suit help
I need a black suit that can be worn to BOTH a black tie event and a funeral I plan to pair it with this watch and prefer a slim fit suit I hope for a twill suit if possible
(I have no idea what I’m doing and the only suit I’ve ever owned is a navy blue river island suit for my prom a few years ago)

Slate blue / Bleu horizon in outerwear
How do you all feel about slate blue or the french WW1 bleu horizon or similar summery grey-blues in outerwear? Intuitively it feels like navy, bleu-de-travail, or greys would be more standard and easier to work with.

I found this funky sweater vest at Goodwill today, however, after putting it on at home, I realized it was extremely long and the V cut is very deep. I don’t really have much experience with sweater vest and would like help from the experts.

Boxy Mock Neck Longsleeves
I’ve recently seen the mock neck below and have been trying to find something similar. The creator mentioned it was a vintage piece that isn’t being made anymore, so I was wondering if there was something similar currently being made in black or grey. Looking for quality relaxed sweater..
Hey guys.. I've had those fantastic sweaters from Muji on sale, but then I realized why they were this cheap ($21 on sale).. A couple of washes in, and they already look old and piling.. I technically can't wear them beyond one winter, but the fit is amazing, and I'm trying to find a quality alternative that is not $200.. Happy to hear your suggestions! Anyone tried the Everlane versions?
Jeans recommendations
I went to Uniqlo yesterday to look at some jeans. These had a cool silhouette to them, but the break was too short for my 32x34" legs. Who else makes jeans (trying to avoid Levi's which I buy all the time) that fit like this in my size? Carhart?
