Can someone help me identify the outfit or a very similar one?

I have no idea if those are expensive pieces but my ideal budget would be something in prices like what Uniqlo does or that could be find at similar prices one second hand market.

Recommendations for oversized button ups

I'm looking to upgrade my wardrobe with some oversized button ups, particularly for the summer. I'm not too sure what type of fabric, but probably oxford (I think that's ideal for year round and for comfort). I've also seen some in broadcloth as well. I'm aiming for something along the lines of Uniqlo prices. I see a lot of options for this as it's a pretty standard clothing item. I'm also not sure what colors and designs to get (probably white and black and maybe light pink for a bit of a flair). Does anyone have any specific recs? Also, any general tips around styling would be great!...

Kenzo Boots

So I found these boots the other day while browsing through SSENSE https://www.ssense.com/en-gb/men/product/kenzo/beige-kenzo-paris-kenzo-gobi-lace-up-boots/17224661?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwv_m-BhC4ARIsAIqNeBuCV0wxiVlqYDd93rTFEHjKEhcoOzD-ZlYi1MqijtYgUFKkePf1Q_UaAgvZEALw_wcB They're £410 so they're an aspirational purchase but I like the zipper design and the color. But what do you think, could this work with my inspo?...

Layering ideas for this bright PRL shirt

I have this shirt that I quite like but I've never really worked out a way to wear it other than by itself (I mean with trousers obviously ...) It's a great shirt to wear with jeans or light coloured trousers on a sunny day but it seems hard to get it into more advanced fits, for example as a mid layer. Of course it is a very preppy/ivy type of item and I usually don't try to style my outfits in that direction. The only jacket/sport coat that this really works with (for me) is a blue blazer and that combo is a bit to full-on preppy for me. I've tried tweed coats/ cord overshirts/ suede bombers (and several more) and none of them seem to work for me. The shirt looks too vibrant and perhaps even "dressy" for those slouchy materials. I'd be interested if people have seen pictures of this kind of combo working though.
It seems like the sort of item you should be able to throw into other genres of fit to achieve a preppy/ ivy "splash" but I can't get that to work....

Chore Jacket Pocket Buttoning Inward?

Picked up this vintage french chore coat recently and noticed today that the flap over the chest pockets button inward - the flap folds over and buttons down, leaving the button concealed. Curious if there’s a historic reason for this or just a unique design detail?

Dress Shoes

An event has come up at my work where I need a pair of dress shoes. Somehow I’ve gotten away with not owning a pair for a long time and now I need to purchase a pair. Problem is, this event is happening on March 31st so I don’t have much time. If I had time, I would go to a store, find my size, order some factory seconds from Allen Edmonds or some Meermins but that is not possible given my time table. I live in the Midwest so what are the best options available for me given my budget?

What is this weave called?

Apologies in advance for my ignorance

Fake 925 silver?

Hi! I got this cool solid silver belt, or so it seemed. It has a « Mexico 925 » stamp on it which should mean sterling silver. From the vinted seller, supposed to be from the 80s. Looked to be someone selling mom’s old stuff I’ve seen plenty of fake aliexpress stamped 925 on Vinted being passed as real but this was clearly an old item...

Should I shorten my belt or make another hole in it?

Hey everyone, I have a belt that doesn't really fasten my pants enough (if that's how you say it in English), it stops exactly at the second belt loop (the one that's at the left side of the pants). I don't know if it's the wrong size because I read that I should aim for the middle hole when talking about belt sizes. Should I take it to a cobbler to shorten it or should I make more holes instead? Thanks in advance for the help

How can I carry a Steam Deck and a laptop (and other stuff) to uni comfortably?

So I'm currently carrying my Steam Deck and my laptop with me, alongside other items like a small textbook and a notepad with me so uni, however the deck weighs about 600g and the laptop is about 1.24 kg, and along with the other stuff it does add considerable weight to the bag. What could I do to fix this? I'm thinking of either separating it between bags or getting a bag which can take that much weight....

A WAYWT a week?

So I was thinking of how to improve and get a better sense of my style when I read through one of the fashion guides (https://malefashionadvice.substack.com/p/an-outfit-a-week-one-year-later-finding) and it gave me an idea. What if I tried a WAYWT a week? I feel like I could use it as an avenue of seeing how my style is evolving and to get a sense of where it's going, but what do you think guys?
