Hi im new to buying and wearing boots, it's my first time to buy a boot. I saw a bunch of local made boots that cost < 40$ i thought was good but idk. i just want to wear the but just like a sneaker and use for every day.

So I bought a pair of size 7 Thursday Boots stomper. I wear 7.5/8 US in adidas sneakers.
They recommend half a size down from sneaker size.
I’m short and skinny so I’m afraid they will look like clown shoes on me lol...
Crown Northampton Sneakers: Too Big or Keep?
Hi there, recently received a pair of Crown Northampton sneakers that look awesome.
However I think they might be a smidge too big for me. Per the suggestion of their representatives, they suggested sizing up a half size on top of what they already suggest as a half size up, resulting in a full size up from my US size, to account for width.
This leaves around an inch of space from the top of my toe, around the end of my thumb in one of the pictures. I've had shoes with this amount of space in the toe box before, but they are dress shoes with narrower toe shape, so it felt less bulky than it does on these. Also worth mentioning that their sole inserts have an arch which lands slightly ahead of my Own arch, which makes sense if the shoes are larger than my natural size. ...

As pants have gotten wider, slimmer shoes have started to appear. I am enjoying the look. It's been a classic womenswear look for awhile but has been embraced by more menswear folks lately.
Stòffa has a few really nice examples - would be perfect, but the price tag is steep for me for a look I want to experiment with.
Lemaire's piped slippers have been very popular....
Woolrich replacement buttons
Recently got a secondhand Woolrich arctic parka but need to replace some buttons on it. Can't seem to find any replacements online and customer service are ignoring my emails. Anyone happen to know where I might find some? Bonus points if you know of somewhere I can get a replacement fur trim too! Thanks in advance

Ok so these boots are overpriced and Alden QC is questionable. But my only boot, the Grant Stone Diesel, needs a partner.
And I think these two options are stylish, comfortable, and iconic.

I have black karate pants (like the ones in this picture, but they also have no logo) and do y'all think I could make them work with fits? What suggestions do y'all have.
