Hi im new to buying and wearing boots, it's my first time to buy a boot. I saw a bunch of local made boots that cost < 40$ i thought was good but idk. i just want to wear the but just like a sneaker and use for every day.

The price if anything is kind of a red flag and that toe detail is insane. It’s a pass for me.
im in asia and this boots is local made(handcrafted) so the price is normal here.
I think vans just draws too much attention to my feet

Look fine - nothing crazy, but a very average boot. If you like the shifter patch on the first pair, get those, otherwise the second is very typical.
For $40, they both look plenty good. Not gonna beat that price.
