WTF is Orslow shirt sizing really?
Trying to buy a shirt from them second hand from somewhere, "Size 2", the measurements are stated in CM and line up with what should be an M for other shirts I own although I'm not sure how they measured them
Comparing it to websites that sell their shirts new and some describe a "2" as a Medium, but I'm seeing others describe them as small and one as XS. What gives? What is a 2 really?

It can vary wildly, even within brands. Just go with the actual measurements.
IN THEORY, it's sort of a medium, but it barely ever works out that neatly
well if it doesnt fit me i'll just sell it to someone when it gets here lol
how the size is described can vary depending on the country too, e.g. a 2 in Japan is medium, but small in the US
OrSlow fits kinda small but it's sizing is also hugely variable. Go by detailed measurements over tag size IME.
It's a japanese sizing system, not just orslow. They translate to Japanese alpha sizing, which is generally about a size smaller than US alpha sizing
0 = JP XS = US XXS
1 = JP S = US XS
2 = JP M = US S
3 = JP L = US M
4 = JP XL = US L
Orslow sizing in general is extremely inconsistent in my experience, so as everyone else is saying - just go by measurements and disregard tags
