Thursday Boots Stomper alternatives

I was looking for black leather lugged/chunky sole boots, <4cm heel height, no zipper, and came across Thrusday Boots' Stomper. However, I'm not from the USA and my country has a $200 purchase receipt(product + shipping) limit for duty-free imports 🙄 Any similar boots under $200?
