What is the difference?

So I'm looking at these three different Axel Arigato Clean 90 sneakers listings on ssense. Can't really tell what's different between them. Seems like the second 2 are "LWG (leather working group) certified" whereas the 1st ones aren't. I assume they are saying they are therefore a slightly more premium material I reality I dunno how much difference you'd notice so I'd be inclined to just buy the ones on sale
