Implementing BRS AWD Kit into RatOS
Hi All,
I'm trying to go about the best way to implement the BRS AWD kit into RatOS printer.cfg.
Hardware:
VC3.1 500mm + Enclosure 2.0
VZ Hextrudort (LDO 10T LDO-36STH20-1004AHG)
VZ Goliath Hotend (PT1000)
BTT Octopus Pro H723 V1.1
BTT TMC5160T Pro Drivers for X, X1, Y, Y1 48V
Meanwell 48v PSU
BTT TMC2209 Z, Z1, Z2 24V
Meanwell 24v PSU
(7) LDO 42STH48-2504AC
Would it be worth creating my own steppers config and linking it to simplify the cfg file or would it be better to dump the 4 steppers under "User Overrides"
Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of 5160T Pro configuration?
AFTER DIGGING AROUND OS.RATRIG.COM I FOUND THE ADVANCED STEPPER CONFIGURATION WHICH HAS POINTED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
It's been awhile since I've worked in Klipper and RatOS has made everything a breeze.

Update:
I'm having trouble adding two stepper drivers / motors for X1 and Y1.

SKR 3 EZ Not Detected During Control Board Flashing.
I was able to flash my original SKR 3 EZ no problem and been printing for a few days / working out the kinks.
Well today, I noticed that the DC Fan Module arced and fried itself. I didn't want to risk damaging any other components, so I decided to replace the mainboard with another SKR 3 EZ.
I tried using http://ratos.local/configure?step=1, followed everything as outlined, but I can't get the SKR 3 EZ to be detected.
I think I got the first one to detect by holding boot, pressed and released reset, then let go of boot or something of that nature but even that won't get the board to be recognized.
When I pulled the SD card out of the mainboard, it reads firmware.cur which seems like it was accepted, however when I load into ratos.local it's saying that it can't connect to the mcu.
The mainboard is getting powered by the raspberry pi 4b that's plugged directly into the wall outlet w/ the included usb cable from the board and the jumper is in place to enable usb power.

PID Tuning Caused Bed Heater To Not Work
I'm running thru the initial configuration & setup for my first V-Core 3.1 500mm build. I had zero issues running a few calibration cubes, and went onto doing PID Tuning. I was able to successfully PID tune the extruder, and moved onto doing the bed heater.
About 1/2 through the PID process of heating to temperature of 100* (Print mostly ASA), Klipper returned an error of not heating at the expected rate. I restarted firmware, and proceeded to try and heat the bed again but it keeps returning the same error. Klipper shows giving the bed 100% power but the bed doesn't seem to heat up anymore.
Bed heater is wired to the SSR correctly,
Could I have fried the SSR?
Could I have fried the heater?
Is there some sort of PID Bug?

Cracking sound during Z Tilt
I’m hearing what seems to be like a cracking sound when I home Z. Initially I forgot to tighten my nozzle and I’m almost certain that it was the cause —pushing up the printed parts.
However after I tightened it, and homed (without any issues). I did Z Tilt, BLTouch registered fine in the front left probe point, toolhead traveled to the back center & failed “no trigger on probe after full movement”. At that point it seemed to make the cracking sound again but I’m certain it wasn’t from the pressure coming from the nozzle as it was tightened. Im pretty certain I cracked the heat sink / fan shroud petg parts when installing the nuts initially but everything didn’t budge and I was going to reprint them in ASA immediately anyways. Is the EVA system the first place to check? V-Core 3.1 & Enclosure 2.0 for reference.
