V-Core 3.1 Enclosure 2.0 500mm Belt Tension & Resonance Help
I'm trying to make out what these graphs mean and how to correct them.
I rebuilt my toolhead out of PolyMax PC + heat inserts the other day along with made a revision to my EBB42 mount (in-front of LGX Lite).
I'm planning on tearing down the printer to replace the PETG core components w/ PolyMax PC components over the next few days.
I've been printing mostly high temp ASA, PA6-CF, PC functional prototypes with pretty good luck but want to make sure that I don't repeat something that I shouldn't when rebuilding.
One belt tension graph was of the machine cold, after homing, and running z-tilt.
Another belt tension graph was after heatsoaking the machine for about an hour (somewhat typical conditions as when I run a print).
Ran Shaper Graphs for the heck of it to include.
Although from what I gather, they are useless / not helpful if belt tension isn't correct.
I'll work on getting a photo of the printer shortly

Upper belt looks out of alignment
why is your fan duct sitting so low
Good catch, I wasn’t even paying attention to that.
from the look of your graphs there are alot of loose objects
n uts bolts etc.
thingsd shaking
I appreciate the input! I’ll be mindful when disassembling (to replace the printed parts) and make a list of what was loose.

Looks like your backplate is cracked.
That it does, I was so fixated on the belt that I didn’t even notice that. Nice spot!
I’ll reprint the horns, fan duct, grabber and the housing that the grabbers go into (can’t think of the name) and replace them when I do the PC parts this weekend.
