site offline after ssl certificate initialization

hey guys, I have a little problem, but have no Idea where to post it, maybe you guys can redirect me if this here is the wrong place. so the problem is the following: for our website I wanted to get a ssl certificate. For that I got the account on cloudflare (free plan) and changed the nameserver in my godaddy account to the cloudflare ones (I followed a youtube video, that explained how to install the ssl certificate. however, now (after about 18hours) the website isn't online anymore....

Can't cancel Zero Trust Plan Free

Hey guys, I have attempted to cancel my cloudflare zero trust free plan, however when I try, the button is greyed out. This is a free plan and I don't have any outstanding invoices. I've had an open support ticket for 22 days with no response, I have tried to forums only to be given a response in the form of another forum post which was of no help. Unable submit for Zero Trust Free Plan

Hi folks, I'm hoping someone here can help me - I've recently setup a new Cloudflare account, with which I I'm using a Tunnel from my local network. I've then gone to setup an application, prompting me to get the Zero Trust Free subscription - I provide a payment method, billing address, select the plan, hit the purchase button and nothing happens. I've tried both Firefox and Chrome, attempted different payment methods (CC and PayPal) - CC pre-authorisation comes through on the card statement (so all good there). Also switching Payment Method/Backup Payment method with no luck....

Cant select Free Plan for Zerotrust

Hey everyone, I’m having trouble with Cloudflare’s Zero Trust. I was using the Free Plan without any issues before, but now I’m being prompted to select a plan again. When I try to select the Free Plan, the process just won’t complete. I’ve already checked with my bank (American Express), and there are no issues on their end. So, I’m pretty sure the problem isn’t on my side....

413 Entity too large - Pro plan

I'm on the pro plan which is 100MB upload limit and I'm uploading a file that's 200MB BUT I'm getting that 413 error. My request is GZIP'd and the file size is around 10MB on the receiving end (based off size tests locally). Why am I getting this error if the request is not 200MB as it's GZIP'd?...

Issue Setting Up a Custom Tracking Subdomain

When setting up a CNAME I add a new record Choose CNAME for type, Create a name (not duplicating any) Add the IPv4 address provided, set Proxy status DNS only TTL auto. CNAME x Proxy Issue

Hi, my CNAME records are not working when using the Proxy (https://dnschecker.org/#CNAME/testnet.tyron.io), but I must in order to get IPv6. So it seems to be the 1st cause mentioned here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/manage-dns-records/troubleshooting/cname-domain-verification/ -- I cannot turn the Proxy off, what should I do? Do I need an Advanced SSL Certificate if the existing Universal one meets my requirements?

We have many developers working inside of a Cloudflare domain and stepping on each others toes. We have several Advanced-type Edge Certificates that use the exact same Hosts definitions of some already existing Universal Certs. Do I gain anything from having Advanced certificates in place where a Universal cert is already Active & issued for the same Hosts? Say my site is using the Advanced certificate already. If I remove that certificate, does the Universal certificate automatically take it's place after the Advanced cert is deleted? Is this automatic and is there any downtime associated with the swapout of those certificates?...

Warp lookup problem

I've been using WARP, and every time I restart my computer I have to go through a grueling process of trying to get lucky and activating WARP, as 95% of the time I try to enable it, it just gives me the DNS lookup failed error. Even though WARP works normally, it's almost torture to wait for it to work, and I can't figure out what's causing this.

How to use wireproxy with warp 1.1.1.1

So I want to use warp on a device (linux) which I don't have root access to It seems that wireproxy is able to run on non root devices. (Note: My device is probably behind CGNAT / NAT) Now I used wgcf (https://github.com/ViRb3/wgcf) instead of Cloudflare warp because cloudflare warp isn't really a viable option in archlinux. rate limiting error, but no rules exist. Rule id shown as worker

I explored https://community.cloudflare.com/t/rate-limiting-rule-with-name-unavailable-but-no-rate-limit-rules-exist/692919/2 and it seems like a similar case is applicable for us. However, on checking the different workers that we have active for us, there are at max 4.5k requests for the top used worker, so it should not trigger any rate limits, and we are on paid workers plan as well. Further, the worker routes which are configured for the website do not correlate with the paths where ratelimit error is shown (it is shown on all paths for the domain, whereas the worker routes are configured for a few specific paths)...

Getting mydomain.com is currently offline

My website has stopped working without me doing any changes. I'm not sure when it happened, but since yesterday I can't load my page and when I go to the website I have this message from cloudflare. My app is deployed with SST on AWS and I checked everything in my console and it looks good, cloudfront distribution link is working. My domain is proxied in cloudflare, and I tried to turn it off but the result is still the same. Is anyone else experiencing it now? How else can I fix this?...
