Can't cancel Zero Trust Plan Free

Hey guys, I have attempted to cancel my cloudflare zero trust free plan, however when I try, the button is greyed out. This is a free plan and I don't have any outstanding invoices. I've had an open support ticket for 22 days with no response, I have tried to forums only to be given a response in the form of another forum post which was of no help. I have always used Cloudflare for anything web that I've had to do and had no issues, so to discover that the support is this lacking on official channels is quite disappointing and definitely making me reconsider using this service ever again. I am just trying to cancel the plan and remove my payment method but I am locked in and it is quite frustrating.

I think your only option would be to use the API Use this endpoint https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/operations/account-subscriptions-list-subscriptions and then get the subscription ID out of that endpoint, and hit this one: https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/operations/account-subscriptions-delete-subscription heres a guide on making API calls: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/api/how-to/make-api-calls/

Oh my god, you have restored my faith in cloudflare It's finally gone I assume the reason I still can't remove my payment method is because I have an active domain and r2 plan despite auto-renew being disabled?

hey @Erisa I'm trying to do this but my Zero Trust subscription doesn't appear anywhere in my account subscriptions list :/

Cloudflare have since updated how the subscriptions api works, I don't know how to do this anymore sorry

the API seems to work fine, it's just that Zero Access is missing, so it's impossible to cancel lmao

Yeah I dont know how it works anymore, things that should be there arent always there in the way they were before Probably due to ongoing billing issues or something
