Cant select Free Plan for Zerotrust
Hey everyone,
I’m having trouble with Cloudflare’s Zero Trust. I was using the Free Plan without any issues before, but now I’m being prompted to select a plan again. When I try to select the Free Plan, the process just won’t complete.
I’ve already checked with my bank (American Express), and there are no issues on their end. So, I’m pretty sure the problem isn’t on my side.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to resolve this, or should I escalate this to Cloudflare’s support team? Any help would be appreciated!

There's been a few reports of plan selection issues but we've been told each one needs to be resolved by support/the billing team sadly, no easy way around

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.

Sad thing is i already opened a billing ticket but they told me there was nothing wrong on their end lol i guess i need to just be more persistent
You got a response from support on this? My tickets go to a black hole and the links to the portal redirect me to
